Captain Bill is the main antagonist of the 2021 critically panned animated comedy film Brandon Bott Gets Grounded: The Movie. Bill is the coach, teacher and founder of Haley Military School, a military school for people he and Joseph hate.

Captain Bill is voiced by Karl Jacob in his first villainous role.

Appearance

Captain Bill is an angry and firm man who loses his cool whenever there's a problem going on with him. Due to this, he slaps all his cadets on the face nonstop even if he tells them to follow his orders or not until they learn their lesson, like a military school teacher would.

Personality

For some reason Captain Bill is a nice guy, but he actually has anger problems. He is somewhat a military inexpert and (SPOILERS AHEAD READ AT CAUTION) cares about countless of awful cringy issues. He can also act like an idiot at times, as Connor called him one when he wasn't around to check on them. After he was spotted slapping Sherman Coopey in the face, there is a very good chance he might've been accused of assault charges and battery.
