Captain Jumps-a-Lot is an anthropomorphic bunny character originating from the Disney Channel series Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. He is the pet rabbit of Daisy Duck. This antagonistic version of Jumps-a-Lot is the commanding officer of a bunny military unit with the intent of influencing others to be jumpy like him and will go to extreme lengths to succeed in his goals.
Personality[]
Akin to his original counterpart, Jumps-a-Lot is very energetic and, as his name suggests, enjoys jumping around a lot, like most bunnies do.
Biography[]
Like most of the characters in the Mickey mouse universe(s) or multiverse(s), it is uncertain exactly when Jumps-a-Lot was born. On one hand, he could possibly be closely related to Thumper the Rabbit, making his birthdate anywhere in the late 19th or early 20th century, which is most likely when Bambi takes place. However, he also could have been born in the mid-to-late 2000s, which is when Mickey Mouse Clubhouse came out. Regardless of precisely how old he is, he is considered a young bunny with ambition, which can be seen as good or bad, depending on context and perspectives.
Jumps-a-Lot was born in a rural area of Hot Dog Hills, likely in a forest, somewhat close to the area of Mickey Mouse's Clubhouse. He interacted with his parents as much as possible during his infancy and childhood before becoming old enough to go out on his own. Having spent much of his early life in the woods, where it was sort of difficult to move around, Jumps-a-Lot was thrilled to roam the open fields and put his hopping abilities to the test. One day, seeking more excitement, he decided to join the Rabbit Army. Using his passion for jumping, he managed to pass the Bunny Training Camp and officially became a soldier for the army. Eventually, after some time of rising through the ranks, Jumps-a-Lot became the captain of his unit, hence how he earned that part of his name (at least in this continuity).
One day, Captain Jumps-a-Lot was going about his usual business, when he met Daisy Duck, a jack-of-all trades best known as a journalist, multi-purpose performer, spy, and various other occupations. Daisy immediately felt compassion for the young rabbit and decided to adopt him right then and there, much to Captain's delight. Before leaving with Daisy, he ordered his unit to continue their operations while he was away. Captain got settled with Daisy in her home, and it didn't take long for him to warm up to her.
