Villains that are either born in an alternate reality, dimension, or universe, or lives in it after permanently altering the space-time continuum. They could also have been born in the mainstream reality, but now choose to reside in another. They could also have been in the mainstream timeline, but had different outcome thus creating an alternate timeline.
