I just want to abolish the government. I want to leave a smoking crater from which not only [L'Manberg] will never recover, but from which no new country can rise in its place. History will forget that a country ever existed in this area.

Let Chaos do the work.
~ Grandmaster Chaos' most famous catchphrase.

Anarchists are villains who come in many forms ranging from nonviolent "hippie" movements to piratical antics of Extremists or even Terrorists. They are often Chaotic Evil or Chaotic Neutral due to their pursuit of freedom at the expense of society, but exceptions exist depending on their methods and goals, as some have their own set of codes or work exclusively for their own self-benefit.

This wiki chronicles the exploits of villains who utilize more extreme and violent forms of anarchy to either bring down the ruling systems via revolt (especially if the governments are stable and relatively benevolent towards their people) or tear down current beliefs and societies in order to either build new ones, leave them in ruins or simply create utter chaos. The motivations for Anarchists can often be seen as their belief in searching for "true freedom". In many cases, however, anarchists overthrow systems for fun and because they enjoy causing suffering. However, some anarchists truly believe in freedom.
