A sub-type for Leaders, Bad Bosses are villains who showcase their depravity by mistreating their minions by abusing them and/or killing them, either because of their failures, outliving their usefulness or simply because they could. By principle, this often applies to villains who have expendable minions. Often times, this behaviour can be harmful for the bad bosses themselves.
