Villains who come from chopsocky media with focus on direct fighting and/or hand-to-hand combat (Dragon Ball, Mortal Kombat, Power Rangers and Street Fighter are examples).

While Chopsocky Villains are Martial Artists, some come from works focusing on martial arts but are not Martial Artists themselves. Likewise, they can be Martial Artists and not Chopsocky Villains because their works of origin do not entirely focus on martial arts.
