Villains from media subgenre known as "Exploitation" - often extremely controversial and dealing with taboo subject matter this media often merges with horror, black comedy, (sur)realism, adult entertainment, etc.; it was especially prominent during a period known as the "video nasty" era, causing many titles that continued to be seen today and even entire franchises, due to their often (intentionally) controversial content. Exploitation media is often banned in certain countries, but that which is released usually becomes cult-favorites amongst a small yet dedicated subgroup.

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THIS CATEGORY THE MEDIA SHOULD BE VERY WELL KNOWN FOR ITS INTENTIONALLY CONTROVERSIAL CONTENT (which is often amplified to excess in order to invoke a phenomena known as "'Refuge In Audacity") - South Park is perhaps the best example of a modern (and relatively "mainstream") Exploitation series that is still available to the public. Though many other shows have since tried to "improve" upon its success with more and more outrageous antics.

NOTE: The only time Exploitation Villains can qualify as Complete Monsters is if their work has a message or moral (e.g. Sonic.exe). Exploitation Villains that exist for nothing more than pure shock value cannot qualify as Complete Monsters (e.g. Spunky).

Also by its very nature, almost all Internet Trolling related phenomena is a type of Exploitation media; often these can be even more "taboo-shattering" than those found in other media due to the great difficulty in censoring the internet. If a fan work comes from a media that is not Exploitation, the fan work can still count if it is much more offensive and mature than the original.

Examples of exploitation villains are Baldi, Ethan Vole, Hitlerchu, Pinkamena, and Super Senior Gojo. Their opposites are Exploitation Heroes.
