Villains who originate from the Youtube series FreakShow. TF2 Freaks, also known as TF2 Monsters (or GMod Monsters if created by Garry's Mod), are bizarre creatures with incredible abilities created by various YouTubers around the world based on the Team Fortress 2 model.

This includes villains based on characters from franchises, including Team Fortress and other franchises.

These villains are rarely Nearly Pure Evil or Purely Evil due to the overall nature of the series. However, they can (very rarely) qualify.
