Jingoist

Jingoists, also known as Ultra-Patriots, are villains who adopt an extreme and aggressive form of pride for one's country, culture and kind. These villains hold their homes and/or movements to be the greatest and will adopt downright evil behaviors in defense.

By definition Jingoists are a subclass of Supremacists and many also adopt xenophobic tendencies (such as viewing those from other nations or cultures as a threat or inferior in some manner) - they can vary greatly in how they enact these views with some becoming aggressive isolationists who will attack any who trespass upon their territories and others becoming Hegemonic in scale and seeing themselves as destined to rule a world (or universe).
