Villains who are loyal to their villainous leaders, usually serving them in any way. They usually care for their leaders or have some kind of respect, and usually are willing to do anything for them, even protecting them.

Note: Loyal villains can't be Complete Monsters if their loyalty is out of respect, care or genuine devotion. Complete Monsters who are loyal are generally only loyal to their bosses for the sake of power, so they rarely qualify.
