A Master Orator is a villain is charismatic, has a large vocabulary, a poetic speech pattern and give out many orations. They often use their speeches to motivate and/or manipulate others into wrongdoings or falling victim to their own tricks, whether they be innocents or even their own minions. They can also be comic foils to heroic orators who might be as clever as these guys are, if not more.
