~ Junior and Buster prank calling Best Buys.

Mischievous Villains are evildoers who are playful, misbehaved, disrespectful, and often childish, as they don't always seek outright harm on others (much like Mischievous heroes do). They are very similar to tricksters, however, mischievous villains only cross the line when they allow their misbehaviour or love of play to override such things as basic law and order, changing them from harmless pranksters to reckless individuals who can harm themselves and other people.

Mischievous characters are not meant to be taken too seriously; therefore, they cannot count as Complete Monsters nor Near Pure Evils. Even if, in very rare cases, some Complete Monsters or Near Pure Evils can pull pranks, they should go under the Trickster category instead.

Even if they are not Complete Monsters, please DO NOT add villains who simply make sneaky smiles, taunt/mock/tease their foes in a silly way at times or come up with sinister prank surprises, this DOES NOT automatically mean that they are mischievous by default (e.g MX, Nergal, ChulGu, Executor), as some of them can commit crimes too heinous to fit in this category since they would be played for total horror instead of laughs. Those villains may instead go under Faux Affably Evil, Tricksters, Sadists, and/or Thrill-Seekers if they're depicted in a more serious light.
