Is fighting for that cause worth it? When all wolves do is trick, manipulate, and turn you into their damn/darn dish?
~ Shamira questioning Ciar for joining the wolves' "gang pack"

Nihilists, also known as Existentialists are people who believe the existence of life has no purpose, value or meaning, their own included. Nihilists do not believe in objective morality and all rules/codes they follow, if any are superficial or due to practical reasons. They usually do not have specific long–term goals or purposes, will sink to all levels of depravity to further their arbitrary objectives and are often Sociopaths and/or Suicidal; they can overlap with Social Darwinists as well through shared beliefs in a purpose of bringing about the "end times" and leaving others or themselves to pick up the pieces left behind by the mess they've created.

Many Nihilists wish to destroy everything in existence or at least whatever it is possible for them to destroy. What makes them some of the most dangerous and unpredictable Villains is that they have nothing to lose, not even their very lives. At the highest point possible Nihilists are known as Omnicidal Maniacs due to their desires of literally erasing everything in existence as they see fit; like many powerful and far-reaching Villains they might just be able to make their twisted dreams into reality.

Because of their view of life in general as meaningless, Nihilists can often pass into being Suicidal. In many cases they qualify as Pure Evil largely because they do not see any value in morality and go out of their way to prove this and decency, among other things absolutely meaningless through extreme actions. They can also be Tragic and/or Amoral due to past traumatic experiences that made them view life as meaningless and their habits of not following the guidelines other Villains may have set up beforehand.

Note: if a villain seems nihilistic, but at the same time vaules of their own existence (like, Laughing Jack from Pastamonsters and Toad from SMG4), they They do not qualify.
