Strategic Villains are evil-doers who, instead of facing their enemies head-on, use strategy to take out their foes. Most of these villains are Masterminds or at the very least intelligent and/or deceitful enough to pose serious problems within the story they appear in; however it is possible for some strategists to be Dimwits (or otherwise Delusional), especially if all of their tactics miserably fail.
