Villains who are extremely wealthy and rich, and often use their money for antagonistic purposes. These villains also tend to be very authoritative and influential due to their wealth, which can get them whatever they can afford. Due to their wealth, they are often sophisticated due to having access to a better household and higher education, thus making them more refined and educated than poorer characters.

Many see themselves as immune to the law due to their ability to either bribe their way out of trouble or hiring teams of lawyers to do their bidding. Some wealthy villains are also decadent and have become corrupted by their money and social status. Most wealthy villains are usually involved in business in some way.

This category also includes villains who are millionaires, billionaires, or even trillionaires.

Wealthy people are the opposite of poor people.

Thugs can be added as well as there are indeed wealthy villains with incredibly violent behaviors, as this category is not always limited to street criminals with little to no wealth. Villains who are rich while maintaining their thuggish behavior can also apply.
