Weapons Dealers (sometimes known as Arms Dealers, Gunrunners or Gun Runners) people who gain profit from selling weaponry to others. They are similar to Warmongers in the idea that they rely on conflict to survive; in fact, without wars such individuals would have no source of income.

Many Weapons Dealers are infamous for working for almost anyone if paid enough, even villains that others genuinely hate or fear (such as Terrorists or Tyrants). In other words, they can often be Mercenaries who only sell their services to the highest bidders available; they can overlap with Drug Dealers due to drugs being seen as weapons used in biological warfare.

In some cases Weapons Dealers may not be in it for profit, but rather to spark actions, events or simply arming those they deem useful to their cause.
