Cell, also referred to as Perfect Cell, is the main protagonist of the DevilArtemis Universe, especially the Cell VS series and Dragon Ball Super Friends. Unlike his officially canon counterpart, which is more villainous and purely evil, he is a foul-mouthed, short-tempered, perverted, and immature version of Cell, played by Takahata101, from the Dragon Ball Z Abridged series, and a cataclysmic biological android, originally designed by the supercomputer of Dr. Gero to kill Son Goku the Saiyan. However, even though he is both an anti-hero and villain in some occasions after abandoning his mission, and being let go from Dragon Balls as a supervillain, he spends most of his time dealing with the so-called "Doomsday broadcast" after effects and mostly creating videos to hang out together with Kermit the Frog and Shallot.
He is voiced by the creator of the series himself: DevilArtemis, who also voiced Kermit the Frog, Shallot, and other male characters for his certain amount of videos.
Personality[]
Because of the parodic take on the personalities of the characters with the DevilArtemis Universe, this version of Cell from the official and canonical source material is a foul-mouthed, short-tempered, immature, incompetent, and also somewhat perverted as stated above. Similarly to his officially canon counterpart, which is mostly evil, Cell is incredibly arrogant and confident in his power level.
