Charles Bank is a major character of the DLC Extended Universe. Serving as recurring character in the Ego series first season and one of three main protagonists (Alongside Chris and Fancypants) of Clowning Around: The Fool, The Fiend, The Formidable. He is a resident in EGO-Ville and the older twin to Tom.
He is portrayed by Samuel Foshee, who also plays Keith Cumming, Sammy McFlay, King Shithead and Karen TopHump. He also appears as Bob Cratchit in Ms. Figgiebottom's Christmas Carol.

Charles is usually seen in some sort of hoodie and sweats. He now sports a pink beanie in the movie and he wears thick black glasses. He is usually calm but does have some antagonistic tendencies.

Your Average Friday Afternoon[]
Charles is first seen mid-way through episode 8, when it is revealed that is has been the one that has been causing mischief around the town. Dallas and Charles argue a little bit before Insanity chases Charles away.
Scammed 2[]
Charles is later seen when he goes to a salesman, the Scammer, and buys a toy train. He complains when the toy breaks and calls the cops for being scammed. He isn’t seen after that.
TopHump[]
Charles is lastly seen when he runs to Sammy for help about the murder of one of his friends. Sammy and Charles call onto Karen for help, and they all call on Ms. Figgiebottom for help.
