Charles Morton was an antagonist in Bill Würtzman's mini-series of the Jeremy Show, the Gray Square Shorts. He is voiced by Bill Würtzman.
On July 23rd, 2023, a highly controversial decision was made by Charles Morton, a well-known figure in the entertainment industry and the leader of the Anti-Television Violence League. He announced that the popular kids program, Gray Square Shorts, would be transitioning into an adult program. This sudden change sparked outrage and riots across the world, with the main targets being Morton and his league.
The show had been a favorite among children for years, with its lovable characters and relatable storylines. The decision to make it an adult program was met with resistance from the show’s creators, Bill and Gray Square. The two had worked closely on the show and had a strong bond with their young audience. They were dismayed at the thought of their innocent show turning into something completely different.
To make matters worse, Charles Morton gave a speech in Times Square on July 27th, blaming everyone except himself for the decision. He pointed fingers at the animators who brought the characters to life, accusing them of not being creative enough. He also accused the show's supporters, mainly Bill and Gray Square, of being selfish and not considering the impact on children.
But the worst part of it all was Morton's decision to fire everyone present at the speech, including Bill and Gray Square. This move was met with shock and anger from the audience. Morton's actions did not stop there. He fed 'cancellation pills' to Bill and everyone else who opposed his decision, effectively erasing their presence from the show.
Not satisfied with just cancelling their characters, Morton went on to give a threatening speech about dismantling every fan of Gray Square. His words were met with fear and disbelief, but little did he know that his actions would have severe consequences.
On the same day, Morton and his anti-violence league bombed the city of Cincinnati, causing destruction and chaos. This was the final straw for Bill, Gray Square, Wind-Tail, and Garfielf, who had been watching the events unfold.
The four of them came together and declared 'Operation Blitz,' a plan to put an end to Morton's reign of terror. With missiles and strategy, they nuked Morton's hideout, causing it to crumble to the ground. In a matter of minutes, all four of them emerged victorious.
But the victory came at a great cost. On July 30th, Morton confronted Bill and engaged in a physical fight. In a fit of rage, Morton unleashed the 'cancellation acid,' a deadly weapon that, once exposed to, would erase one's existence completely.
Bill, being the courageous and selfless character he was, sacrificed himself and Morton in an empty background during his forbidden enlightenment technique. It was a heartbreaking yet pivotal moment, and it resulted in both of them being killed.
As the dust settled, the truth was finally revealed. It was not the animators' fault, nor was it the fans or Bill and Gray Square. It was Morton's own insecurity and desire for power that led to this chaos. In his final moments, Morton's spirit finally forgave himself and made Gray Square Shorts an adult program for a permanent length, just as he had intended.
The world bid goodbye to Morton and all that he had caused. It was a tragic end to a series of unfortunate events. But it was also a lesson for everyone, a reminder that actions have consequences, and it is important always to consider the impact on others.
