Charmander is the main protagonist of the OMC Movies franchise, created by OfficerMidnight Chopper. He is Charizard (formally Jumbo's) son and hangs out with Squirtle and Bulbasaur.

Alright guys, are you ready for (insert activity here)?
~ Charmander's catchphrase.

Charmander is the most popular character in the franchise among fans and one of the main protagonists, as they like him a lot. He is a funny character as well, but in older episodes can be a bit cruel, but as time went on went more friendly. He used to be a bad child, and improved as the series went on while, relatively new series despite it coming out in 2017, the movie is what makes the show popular. He does come from a pretty bad father, but a caring one at that. He is very funny but an on and off character when it comes to morality.

Charmander is voiced by the creator himself, Liam and his voice certainly has changed from being very high pitched, likely due to Liam aging the voice changed as well.

Charmander is often the reason problems start in the episodes and causes tension with the others in the episode but always has good intentions just never goes about them the right way.

Personality[]

Charmander is a kid that is very mischievous and the one hatching plans for the trio depending on the episode. He is very on and off when it comes to his morality, but he's not pure evil. It's pretty even to the times he acted out bad to good, more often good in todays standards.

Despite being the main protagonist of the show, he often acts bad or acts up in many situations, while having good intentions never goes the right way almost all the time.

Role In OMC Movie: The Movie[]

Charmander is the overall main protagonist of OMC Movie: The Movie. His role in the film revolves around him stopping an evil billionaire named Bruce Hanes from bombing Pokehood and building a Power Plant over it. We first see him and Squirtle walking home from basketball practice until Bulbasaur calls them for an emergency. Charmander doesn't think what's going on is really serious until he arrives at the lake where the town is gathered. When they do arrive, Charmander and Squirtle begin to question who Bruce is and what Pure Power is, Charmander assumes it's another word for drugs until they watch the video of the announcement of the doom for Pokehood. As the town is bickering about the seriousness of the situation, Charmander and Squirtle start taking it more seriously, and realize that the neighborhood they live in will be blown up. Charmander is really confident he can save Pokehood within the week and will fight until Pokehood is saved. Once he arrives home a poster on his front door says "Pure Power" which he rips off, when he walks inside his dad is watching porn and questions what Charizard is watching. Charmander continues to mope about the neighborhood going to be destroyed and wants to do something about it. Moments later Charmander receives a call from Bulbasaur about more bad news but ruthlessly hangs up the phone. The next morning Charmander arrives at Squirtle's house and there's a sign on the door saying "Eviction Notice" and the situation starts to become more serious and Charmander knows they are running out of time. Charmander then thinks they won after Squirtle kills one of Bruce's employees, thinking it was Bruce but that wasn't the case of course. As time runs out, Charmander then starts protesting against Pure Power by putting up posters, selling tear gas, and protesting in the streets. When there are three days left, Charmander wants a block party. The block party is then set to happen that weekend, and one does start. Charmander is seen dancing with his two friends until they hear sirens. After the block parties end, Squirtle calls Charmander on discord and they talk about what a disaster the block party turned out to be. Charmander walks outside and sees Butterfree and Magikarp looking at a memorial they made for Pokehood along with Treecko staring at his house showing how Charmander is sorry about everything even if Treecko yelled at him. Charmander then goes back inside and sees Psyduck on the couch with his tear gas and questions where his mom is. Charmander then sees Snorlax and Charizard packing up, asking what they are doing when packing handcuffs. Charmander protests against this decision and still wants to find a way to save Pokehood, since they haven't sold the house yet. Charizard then explains to Charmander that there was a war that happened called The War Of Rona. Charmander then realizes that since a war happened here, this place must have history behind it and that there should be a document that prevents Pokehood from being destroyed. Charmander is then even more determined than ever to save his hometown. Later on Charmander is shown outside looking up at a screen when there is a ding sound. The screen shows an announcement from Bruce himself. Squirtle sees Charmander and asks if he saw Bruce's new announcement, and Charmander says he'll put a stop to this whole mess by finding the document. Bulbasaur also tags along despite thinking that this idea is stupid. Charmander then calls an Uber to an office building, where they find more information about the document's location being at 6942 PP Street. When leaving carrying the information in his hand, Charmander and Squirtle explain to Bulbasaur where it is and call another Uber to get to the location. They realize they are at Pure Power, and talk to the guy at the front desk to see if they can speak to Bruce, which when he says no they sneak off into a hallway anyways. Charmander and his friends are caught by security, and thrown into Bruce's office which is the first time they actually meet him. Charmander introduces him and his friends to Bruce and told Bruce that they know about the Pokehood destruction. After some bickering Bruce calls in security to kick the three out and an Uber comes and picks them up. When they arrive home Charmander thanks the Uber driver and is the only one still determined and confident to save Pokehood. Charmander has a sleepover with Squirtle claiming it to be the last one until Bulbasaur calls them and tells them the good news that Pokehood can still be saved. The next morning Charmander and his friends see Spider Man in a box all homeless and washed up. They need him to save Pokehood which he doesn't really do much but helps enough. Charmander and Squirtle then run off when Angel Dust is knocked down. That night Charmander and his friends are outside Angel Dust's house at night planning to snatch the key to break into Pure Power headquarters. Charmander runs into Angel Dusts house and starts whipping him when he's awake and grabs the key after doing so since it was dropped on the floor. The next day Charmander and Squirtle run to the park where Bulbasaur calls them an Uber to Pure Power Headquarters. New fences are installed at Pure Power and Charmander touches the fence and gets electrocuted when they meet up Bulbasaur at Pure Power. Once inside Charmander sets up a distraction so him and Squirtle don't get caught the distraction being a toy droid that's remote controlled. Charmander and Squirtle look for the document in one of the drawers but can't find it. Bruce walks in on them looking for it and Charmander asks what Bruce is gonna do and where the document is. The document is then gone, and when they are about to be thrown in Bruce's dungeon Charmander and Squirtle act fast. Charmander hits and knocks down two of Bruce's minions. Charmander and Squirtle then go look for security footage of the document being ripped that way they can expose Bruce once and for all. When the tape is tossed to Charmander and Bulbasaur they run out with it successfully. The Uber arrives on the scene and Bruce is chasing after the Uber. Charmander is hoping they make it home in time to save Pokehood, and watches Bulbasaur. Charmander then sees Bruce outside waiting for them. As the chase progresses Squirtle tosses Charmander a gun and a news segment shows the live chase with Charmander and Bruce shooting at each other. As the Uber approaches the house it crashes knocking the kids out temporarily. When Charmander gets out of the Uber he announces the document truly existed and is ready to prove Pokehood cannot be bombed. Charmander then thinks he has won until Bruce catches up to them and a fight breaks out. Charmander can be seen knocking out one of Bruce's minions along with Squirtle. Further into the fight Angel Dust confronts Charmander and tries taking him until he is stopped. After Angel Dust is defeated Charmander thinks they won this time but they still have Bruce to deal with. Charmander and other residents corner Bruce and almost get run over. Charmander and Squirtle then go to Bruce's car door, and is ready to take him out once and for all. Charmander commands Bruce to stay right where he is. When Bruce is arrested for his crimes Charmander knows he truly won along with his friends, at the end of the movie Charmander asks Squirtle and Bulbasaur if they wanna hang out tomorrow and says goodbye to them and the viewers for watching the movie.

History[]

While Charmander's age is four years old, he's a lot more capable of doing bad things, however we don't know about why his father is neglectful and how he really was born. His mother is also unknown at this time, but we never really understand who he is, but has great development as a character.

Strengths and Weaknesses[]

Charmander has a few strengths like breaking in and running away, and sometimes gets away with things he's done.

Charmander's weakness really is getting caught in the act, but always makes a run for it, giving him the advantage. Him succeeding at what he's trying to do or failing is usually mixed mostly as sometimes he wins and other times not. He's been to jail twice and acts up quite a bit in the series, we wouldn't call him evil however as there are worse and vile characters in the show.

Jail Count[]

Ding Dong Ditch: Ding Dong Ditched a random guy's house and got caught.

Breaking And Entering: Stealing money to get plastic surgery.
