Cheerilee, also known as Miss Cheerilee, is the main antagonist of the sequel of Scarlet Harvest's (a sequel for "Cheerilee's Garden") Fan-Made Threequel "Justice is Served", which was written be StormLuna.
Just like her Cheerilee's Garden counterpart, she is a cruel, apathetic, sadistic, impatient, heartless individual. She had murdered eight of her students whom she sees as "weeds" under the guise of a theatrical play at Ponyville Theater for constantly causing into trouble and for not listening to her. She was also the one who had killed Twilight Sparkle's friends, including having posthumously led Twilight Sparkle to be wrongfully framed and had Twilight kill herself.
However, a year after the ending of Cheerilee's Garden's Sequel of "Scarlet Harvest", Minuette, also known as Colgate in the story, decides to revive Cheerilee as a way to properly get her punished and sentenced to trial for her crimes, as well as to correct the wrongs of the Equestrian Ace Attorney.
Personality[]
Cheerilee's personality remains the same as her Cheerilee's Garden Counterpart; being a very smug, selfish, sadistic, apathetic, petty, remorseless, cruel, cold-blooded monster who would not hesitate to torture and murders students that refuse follow her directions or get in the way of her teachings. She is also a dirty coward, as shown as she would try to beg for mercy as Minuette tortured her.
She has absolutely no genuine remorse for what she did as she had the audacity to smugly claim that her victims deserved it when it was very uncalled for, as well as falsely claiming that Twilight Sparkle was guilty all because she was killed by her even though Twilight only killed Cheerilee as the latter deserved it for the atrocities Cheerilee did, as well as Twilight having only done it out of self-defense because Cheerilee attempted to kill her first.
Cheerilee's supposed remorse was not really genuine, as she would attempt to play the victim and blame the victims (whom were dead at the time), only admitting of her own guilty of the crimes out of cowardice that Minuette would likely torture her again and the fact that she was also held accountable by ponies who were more powerful than her, such as Princess Celestia and later also Princess Luna.
She never shows any genuine care for her late friend Ace High who had died from one of the Everfree Forest's traps, as she never mentions him at all unlike, thus meaning the time she did mention him in "Scarlet Harvest" was nothing more than to feed her own ego and to rationalize her own actions rather than treasuring the memories she had of her friend.
Cheerilee lacks any comedic moments at all as she was taken completely seriously (and pathetically) throughout the entirety of the fan-sequel. Overall, just like her Cheerilee's Garden's counterpart, she has no redeeming qualities.
Biography[]
The story takes place one year after the main events of "Cheerilee's Garden" and "Scarlet Harvest" after Cheerilee had killed a total of 16 ponies, in which the 8 of the ponies were young foals. Cheerilee was shown to have her dead body in a casket that Princess Luna had put Cheerilee in as a means to spite Twilight Sparkle. Minuette would also tell Sherlock that a prosecutor is supposed to try to prove guilt of the defendanct, not to automatically asume it.
When Minuette forced out the truth from Sherlock Hooves, as well as how the Ace Attourney had made up a lie about an unspecified stallion being accused of a bank robbery, with the fact that the Defense Attorney had access to the same evidence that the prosecution had done. It was also mentioned that Sherlock Hooves had make up lies and make false evidence under a bribe for payouts by Princess Luna to make defendants be seen as all guilty, with Luna abusing her power by always ruling against the defendant without allowing Judge Balanced Scales or Swift Justice deal with the case, even if Luna had knew the defendant herself.
After Minuette had killed Sherlock after getting the information she needed out of him, Minuette would revive Cheerilee to properly get revenge and to punish Cheerilee for her the crimes she had done (even though that using Resurrection magic was illegal to use in Equestria), such as for the deaths of the students Scootaloo, Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon, Snips, Snails, Sweetie Belle, Apple Bloom, Twist, Fluttershy, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Spike, Rarity, and Twilight Sparkle. She would brutally torture Cheerilee only to revive her to kill Cheerilee again; The first death was of Cheerilee being hung up by hooks before breaking Cheerilee's the bones in her legs, being hit in the face with a whip, and having her torso cut and torn open for Minuette to later have Cheerilee's lung be injected with a syringe before making Cheerilee's pulse get so high, and removing Cheerilee's heart, all while Cheerilee cowardly begs for mercy.
After that, Minuette would torture and killed Cheerilee sixteen times for each person Cheerilee killed (whether directly or indirectly) before reviving her so she could later have Cheerilee be properly sentenced for trial.
Out of cowardice of not wanting to be tortured anymore but not out of remorse for her actions, she would admit that she would admit everything to the princesses, cheerilee would take Cheerilee with her, keeping her captive with her magic, while forcing Cheerilee to remain quiet.
Minuette would tell the pony at the train conductor two tickets to Canterlot to bring Cheerilee to trial (Even though holding ponies with magic in that was was illegal), with Cheerilee lying by saying that she was sending Cheerilee to Canterlot to get medical attention for her serious injuries (even though Minuette caused the injuries to Cheerilee). The Conductor would believe Minuette and would allow her to help carry Cheerilee.
While Celestia and Luna didn't like the idea Minuette used illegal resurrection magic, Minuette did say that she knew that the death of Twilight was affecting her and that she was planning to help clear Twilight's name by exonerating Twilight from the crimes she was wrongfully accused of that Cheerilee had done.
Minuette did also tell Luna that the latter was responsible for a grave injustice for rigging Twilight's trial by making it become a kangaroo court, violating two rules of the Equestrian code, such as that it is forbidden for the judge to know the defendant personally (since Luna knew Twilight personally, it would've disqualified Luna from overseeing it) and that is is important that all judges are impartal, as well as revealling the fact that Luna had bribed Sherlock with payouts by allowing him to use lies just to make everyone that was trialed deemed as guilty (As well as bringing up the Robbery Case incident where Luna and Hooves both did the same exact thing by an unspecified stallion was wrongfully framed for), even with making a false theories as lies to make it as if Twilight meant to do those things (failing to be impartial), even though Twilight would never go in her way to hurt her friends nor her adoptive younger brother.
Cheerilee, in cowardice of Celestia and Luna knowing the two were much stronger than her and the fact she knows that Minuette would likely torture her if she didn't thus not out of genuine remorse, would admit that she was the one who killed the sixteen innocent ponies. Celestia would become furious at Luna for taking Twilight Sparkle away from her despite the fact Twilight was innocent. Luna, out of cowardice, would admit that she sentenced Twilight to death because everypony thought Twilight was guilty and that she "couldn't just go against their desires" for Twilight's execution. Celestia would demand Luna to have the whole city gather to the balcony to exonerate Twilight Sparkle and have Cheerilee be sentenced for trial, in which Luna would accept to do so.
Celestia would thank Minuette for helping her get justice for Twilight and for finding the real culprit who was responsible (Cheerilee), with Cheerilee being known as "the scum of the land" and with Cheerilee being tied to pure evil forever.
At the trial, while the citizens of Equestria used to not be happy about the news of Twilight, they would stop booing when Minuette mentions of how Twilight Sparkle was unjustly sentenced for crimes she never did and that Cheerilee was the one who committed the atrocities. When Cheerilee, in fear of being called out and not wanting to be hit again, she would tell the crowd that Twilight did not kill anyone and that Cheerilee herself having directly killed fourteen ponies, with eight of those eight ponies being foals (aka. CHILDREN within the MLP universe).
The crowd would yell, calling Cheerilee a murderer and begging for Minuette to execute and put Cheerilee to a death sentence for serial murder (killing fourteen ponies, eight of them being foals), Cheerilee would immediately get sentenced to death. Cheerilee would gleefully do the honors by sending Cheerilee to the courtyard to have the latter executed for her atrocities. The serial foal killer (Cheerilee) mare finally has got her comeuppance that she surely deserves as Minuette tortures her as the crowd cheers.
Cheerilee would finally get her final and brutal death before dying, with Minuette cutting Cheerilee's stomach open, making the serial killer's lungs colapse by poking a hole in one of lungs, and eating her heart, putting an ending to Cheerilee once and for all. The crowd cheers as the serial foal killer is finished off.
After that, Minuette would mention that Luna took role as judge despite the courts needing to be impartial to rig the court of Twilight Sparkle rather than contacting Balanced Scales and for breaking the Equestrian Court Laws that say the judges have to be impartial and forbids judges from personally knowing the defendant.
Celestia, in anger of Princess Luna's abuse of power, would disown her sister in disappointment and has Luna go to her room, not able to bear to look at Luna for bribing and convincing Hooves to falsify evidence to have Celestia's student Twilight sentenced to death.
Minuette would plan on having themselves cleaned off of the blood before planning to revive Twilight Sparkle and the others who were killed (such as Spike, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Rarity, Fluttershy, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Silver Spoon, Diamond Tiara, Snails, Snips, and Twist) all ressurected with Celestia's approval.
Celestia, Colgate, as well as Twilight, her friends, and all of the ressurected foals, were all able to reunite with their families and would plan to celebrate Minuette helping clear Twilight's name by going to Sugarcube Corner to enjoy some cake to celebrate, with Minuette also making sure she brushes her own teeth afterwards by always prioritizing having fresh teeth (noting as Minuette is a dentist).
Equestria has finally and truly been saved and everyone all lives happily ever after.

(becomes angry) You must understand, they were all weeds, they had to go! [Cheerilee's works made Celestia furious.] Princess Celestia: You took her from me, you took her from me! Twilight was innocent but you took her from me! Princess Luna: But sister, everypony else thought she was guilty! We couldn't not just go against their desires for her punishment. Princess Celestia: Sister, go out and have the whole city gather around my balcony. She shall admit her guilt and you will exonerate Twilight Sparkle entirely. Now that I know the truth, nopony will put up with your miscarriage of justice. Nopony! [Luna headed out to the balcony and flew off to notify the city.] Minuette: Colgate, I know how you did this was wrong but thank you. (starts to cry) But now Twilight's name can be exonerated, her honor can be restored. (turns to throw Cheerilee into a wall before yelling) AND IT SHALL BE YOU [Cheerilee] WHO WILL BE THE SCUM OF THE LAND, YOUR NAME WILL FOREVER BE TIED TO PURE EVIL! [Cheerilee cried out in pain as she hit the wall before continuing to whimper.] Minuette: So when should we take her out there, once your sister rounds up the whole city. Princess Celestia: I think that would be for the best. |

When the crowd saw Cheerilee, they gasped in shock before falling silent.] Celestia: Tell them, tell them how it is that she is alive. Minuette: Citizens of Equestria, as you all know it has been a bit over a year since Princess Luna unjustly sentenced Twilight Sparkle to death. I knew Twilight would never kill her friends and eight school foals, but I did know who did. I knew it was the rat leaning next to me. During an appointment with me prior to that theater fire, I knew something wasn't right with her. I could sense the darkness coming from her. (smacks Cheerilee) SPEAK RAT, SPEAK! Cheerilee: Ci-citizens of Equestria, the accusations are true. Twilight did not kill everypony. (cough, cough) I did. Citizen: Murderer, murderer! Kill her, execute her, put her to death! Celestia: Citizens of Equestria, because of the crimes of murdering fourteen ponies, eight of which had yet to reach adulthood, I hereby sentence Cheerilee to death IMMEDIATELY. [The crowd began to cheer loudly knowing that the true killer was going to be put to death. Celestia smiles a bit.] Celestia: Colgate, would you do the honors? Minuette: Absolutely! Celestia: (grabbed Cheerilee in her aura) Shall we? Shall we take her to the courtyard so this can be done? Yes, let's do this. [Celestia grabbed the two in her aura and carried them to the courtyard. Upon landing Celestia cast a protection bubble around the two so that the execution could be carried out with no problems. Once Celestia flew back up the balcony.] Celestia: Citizens of Equestria, today is a very bittersweet day for me. A bit over a year ago my protege, Twilight Sparkle, was unjustly sentenced to death by my sister but today, justice will finally be served as the true killer shall be put to death. Trivia[]
- This is the first version of Cheerilee's Garden Adaptation where Cheerilee goes get her proper comeuppance and the story gets a happy ending, in contrast of where original "Cheerilee's Garden" story ended with an unhappy ending.
- Her cowardice of those much more powerful than her is similar to what happened with her in "Scarlet Harvest", as shown as where Cheerilee cowardly begged for Twilight for mercy and tried to use her weak excuse to justify her own actions.
