Chester Bundy is the secondary antagonist of The Loud House fanfiction It's a Kid's World.
Chester at first appears to be a normal kid that wants to help out as much as he can after all the adults in the world mysteriously vanish. In reality, Chester reveals himself to be a brutal sadist only interested in getting as much power as he can by any means necessary. Chester serves as the main antagonist of the Committee storyline for the first four seasons until his death.
Personality[]
Chester, at first, appears to be a normal kid who just wants to help out despite his rather questionable methods. He later reveals himself to be an extremely cruel man who likes torturing people for fun. It is later revealed that his true motive is to get as much power and attention as he can, which stems from feeling overshadowed by his sisters.
History[]
Background[]
Chester doesn't give much information about his past. The only thing he does gives is that much like Lincoln he grew up with a family of him as the only boy with a few sisters. He apparently felt overshadowed and overlooked by them as well as unpopular and this is how he would develop his desire for attention and power. Chester strongly implies that he murdered his own sisters and likely his whole family before the story started.
The Fic[]
Chester Bundy at first just appears to be a normal kid who wants to help out. He ends up assisting Chandler McCann in getting elected as president of the committee. Chester himself ends up gaining a seat as well.
Chester much later though reveals himself to be far more sinister than let on at first. He starts disagreeing with several of Chandler's methods biggest one being how many people he is letting into their society. So he takes the only rational solution and grabs a kid named Jim and slowly and painfully tortures him until finally executing him by crucifixion. He also now had plans to expand their society even further.
Chester in the next committee meeting proposes to the rest of the committee that they go to war with the other side of Royal Woods and expand their territory giving them access to more supplies. He also shows no care about the possibility of many people dying as a result, the committee shoots him down but Chester goes behind their back to do this anyway.
Chester manages to get a small band of kids to support his expansion idea and convinces the committee to hold a community vote. Chester tries hard but the expansion proposal ends up being defeated again, though Chester still wants to continue his plan despite this. Chester convinces his followers to overthrow the committee and do things their way.
Chester and his followers imprisoned all the members of the committee and took over the society with little effort and then planned to go to war with the other side knowing that his followers were hungry for blood. Chester and his followers came into opposition with the rest of the society who was mad at his forceful takeover but Chester knowing that if they fought both sides would lose convinces everyone to submit to him with the threat of a Civil War.
Chester quickly gets to work taking over the other side of Royal Woods, but as a result, they lose a large amount of the community which Chester coldly dismisses.
The Morticians Guard, led by Lincoln, later tries to tell Chester about the zombie threat but Chester ignores it. They then try to bring up an alliance to bring Chester down but he quickly finds them out and has Lincoln chained up. Chester shows his true colors that he in reality is just a spiteful jerk that wants to be important and have power and control.
Chester would show just how evil he is by brutally torturing Lincoln before having him crucified and leaving his body to rot. In his eyes winning the battle for power. Chester later tells Lucy exactly what he did to her brother and then soon after would torture her as well by cutting out one of her eyes. Chester later finds out several of his prisoners mostly the Morticians Guard tried to escape so he just decides to mass kill them all believing that he hasn't given them enough punishment.
Chandler shows up again and is able to nearly give the Guard a fighting chance but Cheste again manages to crush them and is moments away from executing them all. However, the resurrected Lincoln along with his own mini-army came to the city as a backup. Chester's men start falling quickly and like a complete coward he tries to run away. However, at this point, he has made so many enemies that he can't escape from being captured and ultimately he is devoured by Lucy's bats after being locked up.
Trivia[]
- Chester's last name Bundy is a homage to serial killer Ted Bundy, which serves as a subtle clue for how horrible he is.
