This villain was proposed but rejected by the Inconsistently Heinous Wiki community for lacking what is necessary to be an Inconsistently Heinous villain. Therefore, this villain shall be added to our "Never Again List", where proposed villains rejected by the community shall be placed to prevent future proposals of the same evil-doer. They can be proposed again (with the permission of an IH Wiki administrator) if new elements appear in their series that can change their status as non-IH villains. Any act of adding this villain to the Inconsistently Heinous category without creating a proposal for this villain on the Inconsistently Heinous Wiki will result in a ban. |

Biography[]
In the disturbing and unsettling content of the "Squidward's Suicide" tape, there are several single-frame images and a chilling five-frame animation sequence that depict horrifying scenes of child victims. These images are deeply disturbing, both for their graphic content and the implications behind them.
The first frame in the sequence reveals a horrifying image of a dead male child. The boy, no more than six years old, is shown with his left eye brutally removed. His face is severely mutilated, with blood covering much of his features. The child’s body lies in a pool of blood, his clothes stripped off except for his underwear. The nature of the wound and the way his body is displayed suggests a brutal and senseless act of violence. The image also captures the shadow of the photographer looming over the scene, giving the impression that the person responsible for this heinous act is the one documenting it. There are no visible markers of a crime scene, no tape or evidence tags, which implies that the photograph was taken by the murderer themselves rather than by investigators. The shadow, large and menacing, is a silent testament to the presence of the Child Murderer, who appears to take a perverse pleasure in documenting the results of their horrific crimes.
In the second frame, the horror deepens as the image shifts to that of a dead female child. She, too, appears to be around the same age as the first victim, lying motionless in a pool of her own blood. Her left eye has been violently damaged in a similar fashion to the boy’s, dangling grotesquely from its socket. The girl's body is positioned face down, with her entrails crudely piled on top of her, suggesting that her killer took time to display her body in a particularly gruesome manner. Like the previous frame, the photograph is shadowed by the figure of the person who took it, likely the same Child Murderer responsible for the first boy's death. The murderer’s shadow, again prominently featured, seems to take on an almost symbolic role, representing the dark and malevolent force behind these senseless killings. The fact that the shadow is present in both images indicates a chilling pattern; the murderer is not only committing these atrocities but also ensuring they are immortalized in these sickening photographs.
The five-frame animation that follows only serves to intensify the horror. In these frames, the viewers are forced to witness the Child Murderer's cruelty in motion. The frames depict the Child Murderer’s large, menacing hand slowly extracting the entrails of another child, while the child, still alive, looks on in what appears to be a state of shock and incomprehensible pain. The animation captures the final, agonizing moments of the child’s life, adding a dynamic element to the horror that still images cannot convey. The deliberate slowness of the frames, which emphasizes the extraction of the child’s entrails, suggests that the murderer takes a sick satisfaction in prolonging the victim’s suffering.
Appearance[]

Trivia[]
- Unlike Suicide Squidward, they didn't appear as an easter egg in SpongeBob SquarePants for obvious reasons.
