Chloe was born on February 14, 1985 who her parents gave birth to her on Valentine’s Day as Chloe begins to grow up she became very nice while family is rich and became friends with Andre and Anthony Who is she both have feelings for as one day Chloe was bitten by a rattlesnake a dangerous one causing her to create to split personalities boo and tira who she never encounter with her Soulless half and got into altercations with Lilia who is in love with Anthony.
At the age of 13 Chloe immediately stop playing with the jolly fursona and her doll Angelica figured that she was too old for child this stuff results of giving away her doll and kept the jolly persona still but less active.
On her way to high school Chloe was accused of stealing from her boyfriend who her father Nick was helping Eric results of snapping her neck and leaving her for dead where he was tormented by ashi constantly until she was found and translated to a local hospital where her fear and scared turned to purify hatred and lash out of a nurse who was curious results of splitting her soul into 3 duplicates and manifestations of herself ashi who was created already who became part of Chloe's pain and suffering part of her soul and problems to get back at them from hurting her she gave in to her own dark part of her own soul and created 2 two worlds and translated everyone there wish she had created her per second doppelganger manifest jolly who absorbed Chloe's humanity and goodness.

Later on around the road she encountered with all her friends who are in hell and even Andre who was in hell as well by a fatal mistake along with Jafar ( which he sin for his sexuality and not being punished by ashi ) Chloe encounter Anthony who rename himself thrax and abandonment all his humanity traits including his original name where he ultimately manipulates her going back into his arms while being blinded in love she forgave him and comes back to his clutches much to Jennifer's horror.
Later as of getting into multiple turf wars and getting into trouble was she encounter her youngest duplicate jolly who escapes from their subconscience tell her to go back in where there is no place for a child to be in jolly interferes turning into her demon form asking Chloe why she left her in their subconscious all alone for 6 years wanted answers Chloe saw sadness thru jolly results of part of her soul become saddened and immediately apologize to her for leaving her all alone and allow her to not go back into it unless it gets too dangerous but decide to let her physical stay outside of her world to be more connected with Chloe.

However in Dirty Healings Chloe tries to help Anthony with his business due to the fact that a buyer tried to trick and deceived him and his father however she killed most of the buyers before she got the last word Anthony killed the last remaining buyer and sweet talk Chloe into coming in the limo with him Anthony tells Chloe not to interfere with his business but telling him as his girlfriend that she wants to help Anthony abuses Chloe thru words aggressively with she forced to submit.
After being lash by thrax she meets vaggie and charile The two of them decide to give her a proposition to stay at the hotel that she's working on to redeem demons but laugh it off and said that demons cannot be redeemed however jolly interferes saying that that was a great idea which cause Charlie and her girlfriend to become freaked out saying there was two of them but assuming that there was two more which is slight correct.
ashi immediately interferes telling her not the trust these too but for the sake of jolly safety she agreed to stay at the hotel to be redeemed for jolly as Charlie mentioned since they can't have the same name Charlie ask Chloe what was her emotions Chloe had always suggested that she was always happy and jolly which Charlie and her girlfriend suggested giving the little one the name jolly However much to ashi immediately becames disappointment she agrees to stay connected with her sister and mentions angel dust with the two of them became friends.
after meeting with the both of them and became their friends Chloe's demonic cat senses detective as she saw Snowflake that she encountered was running away after jumping into hell by accident Chloe start looking for her where she protect chole but was fatal shot chole tell her father Nick to take snowflake to the vet while she survived but assuming she won't last long jolly felt bad for Snowflake and decided to heal her at some point where snowflakes powers start activating and heal her wounds as its own it was fine the next day where she went back to Earth under ashi powers and discover Chloe being a cat demon however he sadly tells her that Peggy that she remembers meeting snowflake decades ago died due to an old age and allow Chloe to have ownership towards her Chloe finds out about fat nuggets and yells at angel why no one tell him about his pig but becomes loving to him.

After being clean and staying mostly out of trouble for two weeks, Chloe went back to her old ways and asked by her best friend, Jennifer , to assist her in a turf war against Sir Pentious; as helping angel as well with cherri bomb he agrees and unknowingly threatens the Hotel's reputation before it has a chance to get off the ground, as the 666 News Studio was broadcasting their exploits across Hell.
Vaggie tell them that they're irresponsible behavior almost cause a genocide and embarrassed Charlie Chloe on the other hand suggested that she just wanted to have a little fun not to embarrass the princess of hell however once the radio demon alastor appear wanted to help Charlie however this causes Chloe's appearances to switch between hers and ashi referencing of kikyo and Sadako from ringu and The grudge and meet husk as well.
