Cicada is the final antagonist from Upper Streets Roleplay and minor antagonist from JC's Multiverse Roleplay. He is a minor antagonist of the Heaven and Crisis sagas and the main antagonist of the Cicada saga. He is played by Ican'tthinkof1goodname who plays other supervillains in the same roleplay. He is the archenemy of XS.

He was a henchman for The Anti-Monitor who helped him out.
He joined ZALGO alongside the Flag-Smasher and Mysterio. He helped in destroying two universes.
April 25, 2024[]
Barry Allen also known as The Flash and Iris West-Allen mysteriously went missing appearing to have died. It was either Cicada, The Anti-Monitor, Hector Salamanca, or possibly someone else who possibly killed them.
Post-Crisis[]
May 8th, 2024[]
He is the head of the murderous Cicada Cult he formed. The Cicada Cult and drug dealing Juarez Cartel merged to form a Super Cartel named the Cicada Cartel.
He would work with Mysterio increasing cocaine production and diamond smuggling. He would work with The Nothing gaslighted and tricked by the Manipulators.

The Cicada Cartel and TCRI united to destroy STAR Labs and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
May 12th, 2024[]
He enslaved a majority of humanity making them into Miraculized forcing them to buy him real estate and coffee without their consent. He forced the Miraculized to make him cocaine and heroin. Rabbit Noir used his Mega Cataclysm to free the Miraculized crippling the drug trade. The Cicada Cartel would plot to depopulate South America and Asia by 2053 using cocaine overdose.
May 13th, 2024[]
He would scheme with the Manipulators, Red Death, and Doctor Doom.
Zalgo-ified Cicada would oversee The Red Death's diamond and gold smuggling. He would get frustrated that his associate Baron Zemo was caught by the police. He would encourage the Red Death to cook drugs and sell them. He would fuse with The Nothing to form Super Cicada using Potera Earrings.
He would batter an unwilling The Joker and fuse with him to form Joker Cicada. He would scheme to destroy the multiverse using his jabs. He fused with an unwilling Kid Buu to form Majin Cicada. Batman would use a Bat-Glock shooting Kid Buu and The Joker out of Super Cicada.
May 14th, 2024[]
He would charge a laser to disintegrate the multiverse over 14 days. Batman and Super Cicada would exchange punches and kicks going blow for blow. He channeled a tsunami to devastate Gotham City starting with the Batcave.
May 17th, 2024[]
Batman put 11 bullets in his Bat-Glock for each day Super Cicada would take damage. He grabbed a spear and stabbed Batman through the heart attempting to murder him. Super Cicada got shot in the cranium with a normal Glock splitting up Cicada and Zalgo-ified Nothing. He would further corrupt the Zalgo-ified Nothing.
May 18th, 2024[]
He would ally with the Eggman Empire's Badniks. He would plot to start World War 3 and destroy two planets' worth of water supply over 200 years to spite XS. He would begin destroying all the hills and converting all of Earth's water into lava slowly over 200 years to spite XS. He would turn against ZALGO and plan to kill him in 10 days.
May 22nd, 2024[]
Cicada would have The Nothing destroy Munich, Madripoor, Riga, and Beijing angry at XS for attempting to stop him. He got tempted to have Berlin, Bikini Bottom, and Rock Bottom destroyed but hesitated.
May 23rd, 2024[]
He plotted to destroy the French government and his Cartel over 5 days. Low level Cicada Cartel dealers would attempt to make Atlantis their turf. He planned to destroy The Joker and Joker Mafia. He would have the Scarlet Villains attack Paris, Shanghai, and New York City assaulting civilians and stealing money. He fired a Tsar missile at Rogercop to injure him.
May 24th, 2024[]
He fought with The Joker and Ox some. He received 4 days' worth of laughing gas almost dying.
May 25th, 2024[]
He struggled with Ox and Spider-Man while fighting them. Rabbit Noir stopped the 9 Scarlet Villains across 3 cities in just 25 minutes. Spider-Man grabbed a Tommy gun and wounded Cicada. King Neptune of the Roman pantheon of Gods fired a laser instantly converting the Cicada Cartel into the Cicada Circus. He got beat up and impaled by King Neptune's guards.
June 2nd, 2024[]
Cicada was still alive despite his injuries. There were infinite universes resulting in that many versions of Cicada. Every version of Cicada in the multiverse would stack on top of each other to form Mega Cicada. Mega Cicada took on the appearance of the namesake bug.
June 3rd, 2024[]
He waged war with the Red Death planning to destroy him in 3 days. He was able to go Legendary and Rosé wanting more strength to take on speedsters. He collapsed a warehouse and skyscraper. He got repeatedly punched by the Red Death and had the Empire State Building dropped on him.
June 4th, 2024[]
He crashed a mountain into the Red Death and made more bug noises. XS used a lightning throw completely exploding Mega Cicada. Infinite feet and width vanished instantly. 2049 of Earth-Prime was still dystopian and corrupted due to Cicada's influence.
June 7th, 2024[]
There was a loud bug invasion at play over the summer. Enrico in the depths of Hell wouldn't care the Red Death died and he would root for Cicada to win.
June 9th, 2024[]
Cicada would scheme at a hospital where he does some bribery and is tended. He would breathe heavily struggling with oxygen. He would plan on a terrorist attack on July 4th, 2024, when America least expects it to intend a minimum of 52 kills. He would seek to prove free will is false and get rid of hope aware that XS would intend to stop him.
He would beat up the speedster faster than light named Massacre and lock him in his warehouse. He would kidnap XS's younger brother Impulse intending to kill him. He would set fire to dozens of buildings, but XS would save them.
June 10th, 2024[]
He would work with Mysterio and Dead Eye Plankton to acquire 24 days' worth of dynamite for his grand plan. He would need to steal or craft 52 sticks of dynamite with one per person. David Hersch would purchase a lighter and cigarettes at his local gas station to use on the Fourth of July. Orlin Dwyer would take a nap at his cabin in the woods.
June 11th, 2024[]
He would have the speedster Velocity abducted by Dead Eye Plankton to use as a hostage. He would have Sandman abduct the speedster Blue-Shift.
June 12th, 2024[]
XS would free Impulse from the Cicada Cartel, the Dons confiscated his stealth suit.
June 14th, 2024[]
He stole a time machine from STAR Labs accessing 1865(?) Bikini Gulch and intended for Pappy Krabs to not receive his money.
June 15th, 2024[]
In Ixtenco, he would work with Mysterio to steal half of Planktopolis using a crane. He would intend to rule seven eighths of Earth-Prime.
June 16th, 2024[]
Cicada and Mysterio would work with the Russian Operation SA to raid a secret facility stealing chemicals, microscopes, a hotplate, and fire extinguisher worth $16,300 in 3 minutes. One guard was battered and knocked out. A hammer went missing. Cicada broke into a barnyard, stole $213,950, and fled in a getaway car in 5 minutes and 25.06 seconds.
At 37.2° N, 155.7° W. 10:22 pm. He stole $1,880,370 and shot several guards with firearms potentially fatally. He would escape in a getaway car and plan more heists.
At Ku Hospital, Hokkaido, Japan. 22:00. He unclothed and injured a doctor. He sabotaged Melissa Dawn of the IHG Resistance group's kidney surgery.
The International Heists Guild would plan an operation at 2:00 AM in Brazil to destroy the Resistance against them. Mysterio and Cicada would decide to take a break. He got arrested by local Brazil state police officers and given a 14-day sentence for armed robbery.
July 2nd, 2024[]
At 7:09 AM, Central City no longer had drugs. Cicada was back in Missouri preparing his endgame. At 11:30 AM, he would fire a deadly RAD bomb at the Krusty Krab wanting to avenge Molten Man. At 5:41 PM, he set fire to two fifths of Earth using a lighter to get the attention of Cicada. At 5:43 PM, XS would try to save the Krusty Krab 2 from the fire and tell Cicada there is nowhere to run.
July 3rd, 2024[]
At 8:11 AM, he would drink the Pacific Ocean and Gulf of Mexico to sabotage the police by dehydrating them. At 10:22 AM, XS would land a lightning throw and Infinite Mass Punch on Cicada. At 12:09 PM, Central City was renamed to Cicada City to disappoint XS.
July 4th, 2024[]
At 7:08 AM, Cicada would admit XS is at least 7419 times faster than him being generous. He would eat half the city's nutrients having the hunger of a bug. At 1:17 PM, XS killed Cicada using his fireworks and dynamite before leaving.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Super strength: He has strength above that of an average human. He was able to fist fight Batman with some difficulty. He claimed to have enough strength to destroy the multiverse with his punches. He could destroy the galaxy overtime using shockwaves. Mega Cicada has infinite length and width. Mega Cicada has infinite weight with him still being able to move.
- Super speed: He is slower than speedsters who are faster than light, but his speed is still above that of a regular human. He appears to have a speed like that of a tornado or fighter jet.
- Super endurance: He survived getting stabbed by King Neptune's royal guards who carry spears and bows. He is damaged by normal bullets but can survive them. He survived an explosion infinite feet tall and infinite miles wide.
