The Clown is one of the evil roles in the Roblox social deduction games Murder Island 2 and Murder Island Reloaded. Their goal is to make players think they are the Murderer and be executed during the elimination rounds so they can win the game.

The Clown is the second threat in the game, in order to win they need to act suspicious and be executed during the elimination round. However, voting for the clown makes the players lose coins, so most players will avoid voting for a possible Clown. Because of that, Clowns can't just ask to be voted, they need to come up with a strategy in order to make players think they are evil.
Mechanics[]
- At the start of the game, a random player will be selected to be the Clown. It is a permanent role so it is impossible for a Clown to turn into the Murderer in the same game.
- During the elimination rounds, players will be able to vote for who they think is the Murderer, the player with the most votes will be killed. In order to win, the Clown needs to be killed during a elimination round.
- In order to win, they need to be killed during a elimination round, if they die to a Murderer instead, they will lose.
- After being executed, the Clown will earn 50 coins and all players who voted to execute the Clown will lose 10 coins. In Murder Island Reloaded, the Clown will earn 20 coins instead.
- The Clown can also win if they're one of the last two players alive.
- The Clown has no abilities while they're still alive and must use the chat and clues in order to be suspicious.
