Qakmur Tzip, commonly referred to as Commander Tzip or simply Tzip, is a major antagonist in ACT4583's unnamed space story.
He was a commander-in-chief of the Distroidian Space Force, and along with his right hand Lieutenant Kutzak were responsible for unleashing attacks on Earth that would result in the instigation of the ongoing space war. He is the primary adversary of Commander Lanthanum, a high-ranking officer of the terrestrial space force. Eventually, Tzip would ally with a duplicitous terrestrial space force officer, Nolan Ning, to bring down Lanthanum.
