Baron Conster Vile is a character and one of the main antagonists of the 2018 TV show Lords of Iron. He is the strong, fearsome and cunning baron of Crowada, who intends to avenge his father Claster Vile by taking over the 27 kingdoms and killing Dunner Charlion and Burt Hensey.

He is a supporting character turned antagonist in the first season, and later he becomes one of the three main antagonists (alongside Jostan and Agrellius Terradon), and one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Zoff Herrod) of the third and final season.

He is portrayed by Marco Ilsø.

History[]

Season 1[]

Saving Dunner[]

He at first appears during Dunner's trial as he watches his father Claster and the ruthless Judge Claud Bruston convicting Dunner with theft which Burt Hensey has committed. Conster however remarks that a kid couldn't have stolen the jewel of the bird's wing. As Claster asks him why he is betraying his own kingdom for a boy's life, Conster remarks that in order to make friends with Celestus he needs to act like a friend. As against Claud's ideas, Claster agrees to spare Dunner's life.

As Dunner exits the castle, Conster follows him and implies that his father is at times strict, but he does make sense. Dunner replies that he looks a little too harsh for his age, but there again, he adds that he does it probably for the good of his people and his beloved ones. Conster then reveals that once when he was still a kid Claster punished him by socking him with a broomstick until he bled.

Being ambushed[]

The two became good friends and continued chatting til the night came. However, they heard something creeping through a nearby bush, and just after that, Burt and his goons ambush both Conster Vile and Dunner. Burt then brings them to a forest village in which he and his followers called The Forestians live. Burt and his followers reveal that they've only stolen the jewel because they are planning a revolution against Claster for being a sociopath and a mass murdering bastard. He implied that Claster brutally slaughters around 20 people every day at least, if not more. They both agreed, but as Dunner really cared for the outsiders and he did befriend Burt as well, Conster Vile only accepted his place among The Forestians because he was a mole for Claster and he secretly at night sent his father a letter which revealed him Burt's plans of revolution. Claster ordered his guards to kill all children of the kingdom under the age of 13.

Betraying The Forestians[]

During the following noon, Claster and his soldiers battled against The Forestians, led by Burt and Dunner Charlion. After all of Claster's guards were killed off, Conster was ordered to kill his father. However, Conster revealed himself as the spy, as he threw the sword at Burt's wife Meraya. Out of rage, Dunner backstabbed Claster in his abdomen, as Conster swore his vengeance before entering the castle.

Season 2[]

Making an alliance with Dunner and Jenodus[]

He later heard from Claud that Dunner and Jenodus want to speak to him. He agrees to speak to them, but reminds Claud that afterwards he shall cut off their heads for betraying and killing his father. Dunner and Jenodus request that he makes an alliance with them against King Agrellius Terradon and the army of Capister. Conster agrees, as he reveals that part of his father's plans for a better future for his country are to conquer Capister because they've been enemy countries for almost 200 years. Crowada however is attacked during the night and after he escapes with Dunner's help, he is offered a home in Treetopia as Crowada was then wiped off the map. He begins a life in Treetopia and falls in love with Jasamyne Rodson. He even manages to become friends with Dunner again, as they even sit every night and talk about things. However, one night comes and Aramog invades the kingdom of Treetopia. As Aramog confronts them Jasamyne comes to protect her husband and begs the mad tyrant not to kill them. However, Aramog out of rage and evilness kills Jasamyne and promises to kill the latter during the following day. After that, during the midnight hours, they decide to go and kill Aramog in Capister. However, Conster secretly sends a letter to his generals, and asks them to send a fleet of some massive flying ships into the skies of Capister so they can accomplish Claster's plans. Dunner then manages to kill Aramog, however, a moment after that, Conster betrays him once again, as he was actually planning to avenge his deceased father and destroy all of Capister. However, while the two were fighting each other, Agrellius Terradon and his troops have then surrounded both Conster and Dunner, as Agrellius then ordered them to be thrown into the brig.

Destroying Capister[]

After that, he and Dunner escape, and Dunner runs off as Conster has to do something else. Agrellius summons more guards to catch Conster. However, Conster revealed Terradon that he has called his own army of flying ships. The flying ships then destroy Capister, as the kingdom is then wiped off the map along with Agrellius.

Season 3[]

Forming "The Horde"[]

Conster then becomes the king of Crowada, and he was well known for destroying the lands of Capister and wiping it off the map along with it's people, with the exception of the aristocrat Denver Luss, who escaped from the country as he knew there was going to be a massive attack. He is bent on taking over the 27 kingdoms for his father and killing both Burt and Dunner. He formed an organization called The Horde and his followers started imprisoning, training and enslaving lots of dragons. Eventually, Conster had sent his men on their slave dragons to burn more kingdoms down, starting with Treetopia. However, when the dragons reached Treetopia, the guards started shooting arrows, as only one dragon managed to invade the kingdom. Conster was on the dragon's back, and as the dragon flew above Dunner's castle, he ordered the dragon to come in and burn the castle down from the inside.

Death[]

Conster managed to burst into the castle with his dragon, and he took Shelda by force and asked her to be naked for him. However, she escaped from his hands, and the dragon surprisingly sided with Dunner and it ate Conster up. Before Conster was eaten, he claims that he is sorry for his actions.
