The Council of Dick Elders are the main antagonistic faction of the Ninja Sex Party song, 6969 and it’s remake, 6969: Level Up.
They are a group of tyrants who have conquered Earth in the year 5969 by brainwashing the population into thinking that sex is bad through a spell. As such, they prohibit humanity from performing sexual acts in order to prevent the global population from thinking for themselves due to them thinking that it’ll start a revolution and put them out of power. This inevitably puts them in conflict with Danny Sexbang and Ninja Brian.
