The Council of Hoop Angels are the main antagonists of the Hoop.angel TikTok page. They are a council composed of different variants of Hoop Angel from across the multiverse.
In the memes, they are portrayed by the Council of Kangs from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Biography[]
Multiversal Collapse[]
Following Hoop making a peace treaty with Dale the Homeless Man, ending the war between Hoop, his followers, and the Homeless, the Hoop multiverse began to collapse, as other variants of Hoop gathered to discuss what to do about the impending incursions.
Hoop Angels Meeting[]
Hundreds, potentially thousands, of Hoop variants gathered together and planned to take over the multiverse and wipe out all homeless people in existence, as well as (presumably) get their revenge against Hoop Prime and Dale the Homeless Man.
Interfering with the Timeline[]
They began tampering with the Sacred Timeline, even killing their future self and preventing Hoop Prime’s initial confrontation with the homeless. Unbeknownst to them, Dale was actually a future version of Hoop who had traveled back in time, assuming the identity of Dale to protect the integrity of the timeline. Dale resurrected Hoop, and together they plot to defeat the Council. As Hoop transforms into Dale the Homeless, they create an intricate and bizarre time loop
Multiverse of Madness[]
On November 7th, 2023, the Hoop.angel official TikTok page released a trailer revealing a “Season 2” of Hoop.angel, teasing the “Multiverse of Madness” arc. In the trailer, there’s a scene of Homelander from The Boys asking someone off-screen (possibly Hoop himself) “what kind of animal are you?” before there’s a cut to black followed by footage of the sun exploding.
Following this trailer, the Multiverse Arc was never given a proper conclusion, and as of June 2024, there has yet to be a follow-up to this storyline.
However, given Hoop has returned to posting normal videos about everyday life, it can be inferred he, his followers, and Dale successfully defeated the Council off-screen.
