The Coven Scouts, whose names are usually referred as Steve, are antagonists in the various Tomotasauce parody videos of The Owl House. They are parodies of the canon Coven Scouts.
They are voice by Tomotasauce himself, who also voices Belos.

The guards appear as the same of their canon version.
Personality[]
What makes them different from their original counterparts is that these guards tend to be very dimwitted. They often make stupid choices and are attention seekers.
At least one Steve has spit on a toddler before.
