Cozy Glow is the main antagonist of the My Little Pony: Equestria Girls/Danganronpa crossover Danganronpa: In Harmony's Wake by Dewdrops on the Grass. After escaping her stone imprisonment, she became the mastermind of a killing game featuring the cast of Equestria Girls. She is directly inspired by the Danganronpa video games, which Sunset Shimmer introduced to her. For most of the story, she keeps her true identity hidden under the alias of Monoponi, shapeshifting into a small alicorn with half-black and half-white fur like Monokuma.

Cozy Glow is sadistic and power-hungry, just like her canon counterpart.
When Sunset Shimmer introduced the Danganronpa visual novels to Cozy Glow (who was disguised as "Heather Heart"), Cozy loved seeing the deaths and betrayal inflicted on each other by the characters in the story. "Heather Heart" proclaimed to Sunset that Junko Enoshima, whom she shares many personality traits with, was her favorite character. However, unlike Junko, she is afraid to die (which Sunset Shimmer points out) and motivated by revenge and hatred instead of pure despair.

Just like in canon, Cozy Glow was a pegasus filly who was a student at the School of Friendship in Equestria. She wrote letters with Lord Tirek, becoming his protégé.
Cozy Glow killed Tirek and Chrysalis, using the latter's horn as a magic wand.
Cozy Glow killed the human counterparts of herself, Tirek, and Chrysalis, and brought their transformed bodies to Equestria to make Princess Twilight Sparkle believe that all three of them were dead.
