Crimson Saiki is an original boss from the Neo Geo Battle Coliseum sequel proposal Neo Geo 2: Match of the Century. He is a clone created by the WAREZ conglomerate whose source is the DNA of Saiki and Ash Crimson and is the boss players fight by default if no certain criterias were meet during the Arcade mode playthrough.
Bio[]
He is a clone made from Saiki and Ash Crimson's DNA created by WAREZ. It is unknown how he was exactly created and how WAREZ got the DNA of Saiki and Ash to create this clone since they were erased from existence, and its only known purpose is to be a clone that is stronger and capable to contain its original's source power more than its previous clone: Mizuchi. The body he possesses is similar to Saiki's awakened form but with a white skin and red fog. If he is defeated, his body will disintegrate, becoming just a mere black fog.
In his ending, he takes control over Those From the Past and takes Orochi's powers for his own will, completely altering the story of the battle between the Three Sacred Treasures and Orochi by becoming himself an invincible god.
Personality[]
As he is a clone of Saiki and Ash, Crimson Saiki is confident in his own strengths and abilities much like his original, and because of that, he has a very arrogant attitude, and he takes pride on believing that he is more than a mere "puppet" made with the sole purpose to follow WAREZ's orders, further reflected even in his fighting style. Like Saiki, he often talks down on the fighters that face him, quipping sarcastic and rude dialogue towards his opponent and often pointing out that he/she is a human.
Something that differs him from Ash and Saiki, is that he speaks in a manly manner instead of the flamboyant one his originals use to speak to others, a trait that fits with his appearance as a clone based on Saiki's awakened form. When attacking his opponents, he will laugh maniacally while making his opponent burn with his flames, much like Ash when Orochi's taint affected his mind when using the Yasakani purple flames.

- Even though he does not know any of the fighters due to his short time of living, on his victory quote against Elisabeth Blanctorche, he tells her that "he feels like they've met before somehow", meaning that he contains an uncompleted duplicate of Ash Crimson's memories within his mind. Same thing happens in his winquote against Iori, where he says "Those flames belongs to me, Monsieur Yagami! Ha, ha!", alluding to the rivalry between Ash and Iori during the Tales of Ash saga.
- His nickname, "The One who Rules Space", along with Saiki's nickname alluding to time, makes an allusion to the space-time continuum.
