Cyclonus is a major antagonist of Transformers: The Movie fanfic A Child Shall Lead Them. He is a high-ranking member of the Decepticons who was created from the body of Skywarp.
History[]
Cyclonus was created from the body of Skywarp by Unicron, after he and several other critically wounded Decepticons were cast into space. Created as one of Galvatron's new troops, as part of a quest to destroy the Matrix of Leadership, he tried to help his master when Unicron tormented him, only for Galvatron to wave him away.
Finding the spaceship where Dinobots, including Pterodactus Prime, were in, Cyclonus, Scourge and the Sweeps attacked them and started shooting at their spaceship, successfully making it crash. However, before they could do anything else, they were captured by Quintessons, who were ready to judge them and sentence to death.
At the prison, Galvatron convinces Pterodactus to temporarily team up with him and other Decepticons to escape from Quintessons. Whn Dinobots escape their cell and free Decepticons, Cyclonus helped his temporary allies fight Sharkticons and Quintessons. When Pterodactus captured the judge and hold him above the Sharkticons pit, he tried to convince the Dinobot to release him. Cyclonus tells Pterodactus to do this and he drops the Quintesson to the Sharkticons. When Galvatron betrayed the Autobots and stabbed Pterodactus in order to take away the Matrix from him, Prime punched him into the plate, covering his wound, making the other Dinobots attack them. During the ensuing battle Cyclonus was mentioned shouting orders to the troops.
Cyclonus, among the other Galvatron's troops, was present when Unicron tormented his master, glaring at Scourge for saying that Unicron can destroy the Cybertron.
Later, Cyclonus and Scourge were inside Unicron, trying to find the Autobots and take the Matrix away from them. During their quest, the duo found Wheelie, and started chasing him, only to encounter other Dinobots. Scourge tells his partner to distract their enemies, while he will go for help and runs away, making Cyclonus quickly follow him.
After Unicron's defeat, Cyclonus was overseeing the Decepticon's evacuation from Cybertron, where he was found by Pterodactus. He reminds the Decepticon about his peace offering, which he rejects due to the fact that this would make them lose their base programming. Cyclonus then returns to the ship and orders Soundwave to fly to the Chaar where they will conceal themselves while searching for Galvatron and marshalling their forces.
