~ Dad before letting his alter-ego take over. |
Dad, better known as his alter-ego Angry Man, is the main antagonist of both the book and the 2009 animated movie titled Angry Man. The movie was directed by Anita Killi. The movie deals with domestic violence.
He is Boj's father and he was Boj's mother's abusive husband. Because of the way he dresses when venturing outside and the stuff he buys when he comes home, it is most likely that he works at an office or he is a high-ranking business manager. He is now a "prisoner" at the King's castle, where he works with himself and tries to fix himself and remove his alter-ego Angry Man.
Personality[]
His normal self is a calm and gentle parent who seems to genuinely care for and love his family. He buys presents and gifts for his son and wife whenever he comes home from work and does so with a huge smile on his face.
However, underneath his calm and gentle personality, he is a quick-tempered parent who is easily angered, even becoming angry over small noises such as bubbles popping or glass clinking. He takes his anger out on his wife by physically abusing her.
