The Dark Web Criminal is the main antagonist of the short Vyond movie The End of GoAnimate City: The Black Hole.
He is a criminal from the dark web who encounters a strange figure known as The Collector in a forest who gives him the Black Hole Launcher, which he uses to destroy the entire universe with a black hole, killing almost everyone on Earth.
Appearance[]
The Dark Web Criminal is a young man with brown hair as well as a mustache. He wears a grey beanie on his head, a red parka, blue pants and light brown shoes.
Personality[]
The Dark Web Criminal is a reluctant but evil man who shows no remorse on having Earth and, to a larger extent, the entire universe destroyed, even laughing about it when he is confronted by the survivors. At first, he is unsure if he shoots the black hole or if he creates it, though he quickly brushes it off as shooting a black hole would create it anyway.
Biography[]
In a flashback, he was walking around a forest until he meets an unknown figure known as The Collector, who gives him a Black Hole Launcher, a laser gun that, hence it's name, shoots a black hole after one hour passes. While he doesn't know if he shoots the black hole or if he creates it at first, he brushes it off, due to the fact it would lead to the same outcome.
Back to his room, he shoots a black hole at J0rdI, causing it to start sucking everything on it's path. As the black hole causes chaos around GoAnimate City, it becomes larger and larger to the point the entire universe gets swallowed, killing almost everybody on the planet.
A group of remaining survivors, including J0rdI, boarded a spaceship to flee the black hole, but as they wished to have a time machine to revert the universe back to normal, one of them realizes the culprit behind the chaos, which is revealed to be the Dark Web Criminal, much to everyone's shock. The police officers and the FBI, furious of the criminal's actions, put him under arrest for causing the destruction of the entire universe. The criminal is last seen in the spaceship's prison cell, where the officers tell him that no one will be visiting him. He tries to apologize to everyone for what he had done, but to no avail, causing him to scream in defeat.

- Despite being the main antagonist, he only has short screen time, but his actions are what caused the survivors to flee the Earth with a spaceship as the black hole he launched destroyed the entire universe.
