Darla Dimple is one of the least recurring villains in the Character What series. She was once a child star until she accidentally exposed her crime against the animals to the audience in theatre, and was demoted to janitor for her actions. She is a arch-nemesis of Danny and Blinky Bill. She is also the main antagonist from Warner Bros' 1997 animated film Cats Don't Dance.
Background[]
When Darla met a orange tomcat named Danny whom accidentally outstage her while singing in during a production that starring her. She manipulate Danny to perform with the other animals in a interview with the head of Mammoth Studios, L.B Mammoth, and the film director Flanagan. So Darla flooded the theatre and frames the animals for the crime and getting them all fired from acting. However, Danny and some other animals were given a second chance to perform in the theatre again. Meanwhile, Darla attempts to sabotage their performance, but only made the show look more impressive while injuring herself in various ways. After Danny and the animals finished their performance, which amazed the entire audience into cheering. Darla come onstage to confront Danny and unintentionally expose her crime of flooding the stage to the entire audience when the microphone attach to her head, which broadcast the confession throughout the entire theatre in front of the people. As result, her reputation was ruined and was demoted to a janitor as punishment for her actions. Danny and the animals became the new stars of Hollywood.
Character What: Hero Force[]
In Multiple Kevins, it is revealed that Darla is now a member of Shadow Aaron's empire. When Shadow Aaron was being hostile toward the villains, Darla acts friendly toward Shadow Aaron in attempt to earn his trust, but Shadow Aaron knock her several feet away. As result, she losing her temper and orders her butler Max to punish Shadow Aaron. However, Shadow Aaron grow into a more massive size opposed to Max and thumps the butler into the floor. Shadow Aaron then gives Darla a death glare, causing her to cowardly submits to his will after witnessing how dangerous he is.
Character What: Friendship is Magic[]
In School Raze, Shadow Joe tries to make Twilight Sparkle and her friends to understand that Cozy Glow is evil by reminding them of some of the kids they met were villains, he first used Darla Dimple as a example.
Fate[]
After the events of "Victorious" , Darla had departed from the empire prior to Shadow Joe's Kingdom, as she not seen among the remaining in the empire. It is revealed in Shadow Joe's villain database that she was back with her hating job of being a janitor, were she will be working on hard times to pay off all her debts for her long absent.
