Emperor Sheev Palpatine is the overarching antagonist of the limited sci-fi comedy series, StarCade, which is a spin-off of the standard Jontron series.
He is an infamous, yet sadistic intergalactic tyrant who seeks to make the entire population of the galaxy suffer through the usage of Star Wars Kinect. Being the de-facto leader of the Galactic Empire, he will stop at nothing to achieve his goals and prevent his empire from crumbling. He is also the former master of Darth Vader and the arch-nemesis of JonTron.
He is portrayed physically by Gordon Tarpley, but voiced by Mick Lauer.

- Despite being the overarching antagonist of the entire series, he only appears officially in one singular episode, that being the finale. In addition, Darth Vader was the one to carry out his nefarious plans and has fair more screen time than him. Though to be fair, this could be a reference to how Darth Vader did most of the heavy-lifting for Palpatine in the original trilogy.
