David Michael Zaslav (also known for his alias as The CEO or commonly referred by his first name or surname) is the main antagonist of TheWeirdoGirl's third fanmade Lunime specific-crossover film Ultimate Chaos: A Elaine and Melly Movie (which is based on the 2021's The Elaine and Melly show) and the posthumous antagonist in the second half of Season 2 and the rest of Season 3.
He is the CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery as well as previously the CEO of Discovery Inc. who has work with the Purge Raiders for his plans. He seems to be a nice guy outside, However, David is actually a greedy inside who has hunger for money and the mastermind behind the events of Ultimate Chaos movie in the first place. He is the fictionalized of the real David Zaslav and serves as one of archenemies of Uncle Grandpa.
David was voiced by TTS voice Dave for most of the parts.

Background[]
Before the Ultimate Chaos movie begins, It's possibly that his origin remains the same as his real world self with him joining NBCUniversal in 1989 as a president of Cable and Domestic TV and New Media Distribution. In 2006, he became the CEO of Discovery Inc. by overthrowing Judith McHale.
Possibly In mid-2013, David disguise himself as a mysterious man in order to meet Gloria Brighton for her 6 years old son, Theo. He came to his room but instead David rapes him for one year without notice it, one year later, his actions could made Theo into a depressive kid, then later goes to the rooftop so he could choose to commit suicide by jumping off the building at his school, causes the Kindergarten principal to make a 9/11 phonecall on him (and later his mother), sending him to the Hospital for a minute. One hour later when Gloria comes, Theo pronounces dead at the afternoon, shocks his mother and his classmates in process, Following Theo's death, he would stole the money from Gloria to made her into homeless woman until a greenhead woman named Jessica (who is her best friend) will solve the problem before he decides to shutdown the Hub Network in later.
in July 27 2017, he later meet a Wolf-Hybrid Boy and later going to return him to his "home", but eventually found out he abducted the little boy to the abandoned house with 5 strangers inside. When the young boy stares at him, his true colors are show up that he lured him to the basement, then David would have to kill him and other 5 people with a gun.
In April 2022, he makes a plan for WarnerMedia to merge it with Discovery to become Warner Bros. Discovery, leading Gary Godspeed to be killed off suddenly.
Ultimate Chaos: A Elaine and Melly Movie[]
David made his first appearance in the film where at the nighttime of August 16, he went to go outside and traveling into the CN city with a Cat-Hybrid driver, minutes later, he goes out of the taxi after being made it to the city and goes waiting for the Purge Raiders, however, they're finally arrived at CN city to making a plan for them, only for them to be interrupted by strange noises from a greenhead woman (who's actually Jessica herself).
The next day he would make a announcement that is coming towards World of Max to Los Angeles residents along with the Higher-Ups and other people at Warner Bros. Discovery.
Following the date of day 18 of the same month, while the company has low stocks after the merger, David was planning to bring all of them back.
Appearance[]
David is a 60s year old man who has light yellow hair and blue (which later now to be brown or yellowish gray, which depends on the scene he was shown though the movie) eyes with his glasses, He wears a black suit with blue tie and black shoes.
In some flashback or footage scenes, his hair color is brown while at his 50s.
Personality[]
When being a initially polite guy at first outside, David himself is actually a greedy old man inside who has massive hunger with money, but as the movie progresses. He appears to be much more destructive, murderous, ruthless, crueler, heartless and malicious than intended to be, with him successfully destroy the CN city, then planning to wipe out the Toonverse for himself.
According to the people who acknowledge his behavior, David is shown to be racist towards CN and other toon characters following the massacre of CN city as well as his prejudice against children and woman, he doesn't shown his care for his fellow minions as he see them as pawns for his wealth and willingly to kill them if they're failed to reach his goals and doesn't show his remorse for his actions after he cause the death of Gloria Brighton's son Theo.
When Helene Riley and other villains (especially the Purge Raiders themselves) had sympathetic qualities (despite the former's cruel actions and the Purge Raiders being more psychotic), David subverts his redeeming factors to become more worst and by far more dangerous than them.
