At heart, Jason was very kind, moral, and honorable, albeit somewhat twisted, willing to do whatever he believed was necessary to achieve his goals.
At his worst, Jason could be so dark, hardcore, and fearsome that combined with his cunning intelligence, superior physique, and incredible powers, even the bravest of his enemies including Donald Davenport himself showed signs of visible fear when Jason confronted the imprisoned vigilante, holding the latter at his mercy.

- Superhuman Genius-Level Intelligence: Jason Lee is an extraordinarily intelligent individual and eclectic polymath supergenius of phenomenally outstanding wunderkind level-intellect (known to be a polymath and bibliophile, making numerous eclectic references), quite possibly the most intelligent human being to exist, with his phenomenally eclectic intellect virtually unrivaled, with Jason standing out even among other geniuses (notably intellectually outclassing even a genius polymath like Donald Davenport and with Jason even referring to the exceptionally smart and insightful Tasha Dooley as having a "little mind" compared to his), with his ability to master nearly any situation, usually against staggering odds, which makes the virtually peerless supergenius a worthy opponent for even Tecton himself (which is furthur supplemented by his vast array of powers, physique, and combat skills), being as intelligent as Tecton is powerful and far more intelligent than the latter, despite Tecton's own prolific intelligence inherited from his father, Mik-Barr, the greatest scientific mind in all of Markivoshi, a planet that made far more advanced scientific and technological advancements centuries ahead of Earth, making him more than capable of gaining the upper hand over the superhero and being in many positions to kill the latter. Jason holds exceptional levels of intellectual genius, even to the point of being at computational levels, with his mind working at sharp speed, far surpassing most, if not all exceptionally intelligent sentient beings. The most prominent display of this intelligence was in his years long war with both the entirety of the notoriously formidable superhero community, other notoriously powerful cosmic supervillains, and his own rogues gallery which included but is not limited to notoriously intelligent sociopathic gangsters, insane criminals, soulless psychopaths, sadistic assassins, egotist serial killers, vile scientists, nihilistic masterminds, misanthropic social darwinists, evil terrorists, alternate universe despots, Meta-Mutant threats, and intergalactic tyrants, in which he was able to not only successfully go head-on with his numerous enemies, but also ultimately prevail over them, proving Jason holds sufficient intelligence to not only contend with his rogues gallery, each of whom are famous and infamous tacticians in their own right with many resources to use against him, but also outsmart them even if it was not without extreme effort. His immense intelligence was seen by how he was able to effectively fight against the superhero community for years without exposing his real activities to the public and a majority of his allies.. Hence, Jason was notably not deceived by the Dark Warrior's inhuman and supernatural façade (being quick to deduce via CCTV that the Dark Ranger is actually only a mere man without any Meta-Mutant powers) and Lady Speedster's momentum negation mirage (still capturing footage of the speedster's powers by accessing the pharmacy's security cameras), and was easily able to outsmart and keep tabs on not only the Dark Warrior, but also Lady Speedster, Dr. Brain, Leo Dooley, Flame, Iceman, Skylar Storm, and Hapax the Younger simultaneously (despite all of those Meta-Mutants as Jason dubs them, attempting to maintain their secret identities with discreet power usage), with only Skylar Storm eventually figuring that out (due to having been tricked before by the deceitful supervillain, the Annihilator), but even she did so too late, and was unable to figure out Jason's plan fully. In addition, after entering the Fortress of Solitude, Jason orders to be taught the vast amounts of knowledge that the starship's archive had from 100, 000 alien worlds, with apparent success. As such, Jason's already phenomenal intelligence became much greater than ever, effectively a supergenius, and he now has obtained tremendous knowledge regarding extraterrestrial beings, including that of the imminent threat posed by the New God invader, Catastrophe, coming to Earth. Hence, Jason's tremendously eclectic intellect is arguably his greatest and most formidable trait of all, as it extends itself to his nearly unparalleled leadership, tactical, strategic, demagogic, deceptive, manipulative, detective, mathematical, scientific, engineering, computer science, computer programming, cryptographics, robotics, hacking, escapology, criminology, genetics, neuroscience, political science, literary, mythological, theological, exploitative networking, and oligarchial business skills, in addition to his phenomenal idiosynatric wordplay skills with witty puns and malapropisms (allowing Jason to subtly reveal things he is aware of, with people only realizing it when he intends them to), which (coupled with his extensive experience in utilizing them all) therefore makes Jason the most eclectically intelligent vigilante in the entire multiverse, among the most competent anti-villains, and the Elite Force's greatest and most dangerous enemy. He is the most intelligent individual in Dimension-Prime, and one of the most intelligent individuals in the entire multiverse.
- Eidetic Memory: Jason, as a supergenius, has an eidetic/photographic memory and perfect recall, which allows him to process and utilize his vast knowledge effectively, and greatly aided him in mastering a vast array of eclectic fields to the highest level as a polymath, given his extraordinary level of knowledge and understanding of academic subjects, while also allowing him to make numerous layered references (from pop-culture and biblical and pagan mythology to mathematics, computer science, and famous books and etc.), and to know seemingly random facts, such as the scores of recent basketball games. Jason's mind works in the same way as a computer does: with unlimited storage, only much faster, able to perform several mental functions at once without losing focus on any of them. He can instantly recall specific information with incredible speed and accuracy, storing everything in a photographic memory and retrieve it immediately without the typical human pause for thought. Jason's photographic memory and perfect recall had originally greatly aided him in earning both his MD and Ph.D. simultaneously.
- Master Detective/Master Investigator: Hailed as the Multiverse's Greatest Detective, Jason Lee is an immensely formidable detective genius, and has no equal when it comes to forensic investigations and solving crime mysteries, able to use even the smallest clues and slightest details to solve extremely difficult cases and accurately deduce the identity of unknown criminal masterminds. An extraordinarily masterful detective, despite using this talent for malicious purposes, Jason was able to effortlessly see through the Dark Warrior's nearly inhuman façade regarding him being supernatural, deducing correctly that the latter was actually a mere man without any Meta-Mutant powers. Jason can figure out what his enemies will do based on their past actions and get the jump on them. Capable of observation, forensic investigation, and intuitive and deductive reasoning of the highest caliber, as well as human intuition and psychological assessments, Jason's detective skills is one of his most effective tools. An exceptional investigator, Jason follows every lead and rumor to discover the truth behind any story. Given any mystery, he can arrive at any conclusion with a fraction of the data and has aided his allies in solving hundreds of inconclusive crimes. Jason regularly outsmarts the superhero community on a daily basis, using his investigating skills to great effect as a supervillain. Indeed, Jason's outstanding detective prowess enables him to swiftly become one of the extreme few to know not only every superhero's secret identity, but also the first to learn practically everything about the Dark Warrior and Superion (notably their powers, abilities, physical and emotional weaknesses, relationships, and psychological profiles), which allowed Jason to discreetly outwit, manipulate, and gain the upper hand against both superheroes with ease.
- Master Engineer/Master Gadgeteer: Jason Lee is a phenomenally brilliant, extremely skilled, and prolific supergenius engineer, computer scientist, computer programmer, cryptographer, and robotics technician, as well as a wunderkind prodigy as a child, even more so after absorbing knowledge from the Fortress of Solitude's archives (of 100, 000 alien worlds), since his company, LeeCorporation, is the world's premiere company in high-technology defense innovation (surpassing Geschäft-Krieg), specializing in new disruptive technologies, notably creating the new revolutionary operating system, Jason/OS (the world's first neural-based operating system), and the innovative bullets he provides his army, men, and mercenaries with, being able to develop technologies that have been deemed as the best on the entire planet, in addition to Jason being able to effortlessly verbally extemporize computer code, akin to Miles Davis improvising a trumpet solo. As a result of developing many of the gadgets he and his army use in combat, Jason is also exceptionally skilled in the use of gadgets, effectively carrying and using many of them to fight superheroes. In addition, his engineering designs are so superior that even the most highly intelligent of people barely know how to operate most of Jason's gadgets.
- Master Leader: Jason Lee is a phenomenally skilled and exceptionally brilliantly talented leader, a wunderkind prodigy, becoming the youngest person to ever be included in Fortune's list of the World's Greatest Leaders, having been able to spearhead LeeCorporation with consistently tremendous effectiveness that eventually led it to becoming the most prominent company in the world, most notably leading the business field in high-technology defense innovation, having the most amount of contracts even when compared to the extremely illustrious Geschäft-Krieg. He was able to successfully run and oversee LeeCorporation's daily activities for years as its CEO and maintain its status as a multi-billion dollor corporation, despite his alter-ego without any perceivable difficulty. As a result of this leadership ability, Jason accumulated such a significiant amount of wealth that he maintained a reputation for being the wealthiest man on the planet. In addition, Jason was also able to successfully transform Wonkru from a poor third world country into the most powerful and technologically advanced country with numerous scientific discoveries (in a stupendous, what some may call a superhuman, political feat). Along with that, he is also able to inspire complete loyalty in both his criminal allies, company employees, and comrades to the point that they were more than willing to risk themselves against not only the law, but also something as powerful and formidable as the entirety of the superhero community. Jason was also able to turn the official military force of Wonkru against the Baron when the latter was still in power and also able to successfully lead the Wonkru Rebellion to victory against the Baron, although it should be noted that Jason held superior power and military force.
- Master Strategist/Master Tactician: Jason Lee, as a megalomaniac, is a phenomenally formidable tactical and strategic supergenius, to the point that he claims not to know how to lose. Despite his superpowers, Jason prefers to often use cunning and planning to successfully outwit foes, gaining more leverage over them, rather than simply out-fighting them, often using any of their exploitable weaknesses to his advantage. Hence, Jason is, by far, the greatest tactician the superhero community has ever fought, being the only supergenius known to surpass the Dark Warrior. Indeed, Jason's approach to contingencies is shown to be far more effective, intricate, complex, and ruthless than any other famous and infamous strategist, with Jason always having back-up plans to his back-up plans, accounting for numerous possible scenarios with efficient contingencies, making him extraordinarily versatile and unpredictable to the point that his unparalleled ability to plan, strategize, restrategize, and break down his opponents grants him power that surpasses even his own and the superhero community, since Jason's ability to predict and gather information on his many opponents allows him to easily outstrategize them one-on-one, thereby making it almost impossible for them to succeed against Jason, with Jason almost always being flawlessly successful in the long-term (claiming not to know how to lose). He is extremely sharp and intuitive, able to quickly analyze the situation before him to understand the true nature before him and had enough intuitiion to figure out the true nature of each superhero in the superhero community, which had eluded the entire world, although it took him several years before he finally saw it through. Being a near flawless tactician, Jason is able to think fast and calculate the variables of every situation in order to predict the results of his actions and quickly react as he sees fit, allowing him to seamlessly perform calculations in his head during missions. Jason's tactical abilities are so thorough that he planned contingencies for his contingencies should his plans go awry. His tactical abilities were seen by how he was able to effectively fight against the superhero community for years without exposing his real activities to the public and a majority of his allies.
