The Defective toys were a group of discarded creations made by the Toymaker. They serve as minor antagonists in Little Nightmares: The Orphan Arc, a fan made story concept by GamerJoob.

- Sharp tooth ducks: They consist of small headed wooden ducks with large bodies, flat green wings, four wheels, and a long orange beak filled with sharp teeth
- Twisted dolls: They consist of two conjoined posing dummy dolls that are coded in rusty nails.
Biography[]
When the siblings were about to be seen the toymaker, a loud crashing noise was heard in the back of the store, as the toymaker was heading to the backroom, he emptied a box containing discarded toys and entered the room.
The toy pieces snapped together and became sentient, and they begun roaming the toy store in search of the little intruders, the siblings got out of their hiding spot, that being a red toy truck. The older brother found a wooden hammer, the sister hid behind him as he fended off the army of twisted abomination.
After destroying all the attackers, the two kids went searching around the toy store in search of a perfect gift for the younger sister's birthday.
Later on, some non sentient twisted dolls were seen on one of the racks at the an arcade gift shop the siblings went to some time after they escaped the mall.
A twisted roller duck can be seen dropped by Krampus in a YouTube shorts video.
