Biography[]
The song starts with him listing all the 7 deadly sins, and as the song progresses, he tries putting Isaac down more and more, Constantly tormenting him to give up, the song ends with him succeeding in his goal with Isaac dying
Appearance[]
His looks vary greatly depending on what time you look at him, But his main form is a giant white face that seems to be melting, He can also take the appearance of every monster that Isaac has encountered, Even Isaac's mother
Personality[]
Delirium is a complete sadist, He takes great amounts of joy in tormenting Isaac while also calling Isaac a child full of sin, He constantly tells Isaac that there is no hope for him and even taunts Isaac after he tries to fight back
