The Demons are the main antagonists of HydroLing's 2014 video SpongeBob In: A Haunting. They are known to haunt the house to terrorize SpongeBob and Patrick.

Past[]
Not much is known about the demons except they are known to haunt the house for some time to terrorize anyone who moves in. Eventually, SpongeBob and Patrick moved into the house with Patrick having a job and SpongeBob struggling to have one after the Krusty Krab went out of business. Eventually, they became aware of the demons' unusual activity in the house so SpongeBob decides to buy a camera system to look through the system to check on the paranormal activity.
SpongeBob In: A Haunting[]
One of the demons made a move on having a door slammed shut while SpongeBob was seen washing his hands. SpongeBob hears this and wonders if Patrick was there. On night #7, one of the demons have a cup spilled on the table which Patrick decides to dry up the spill and clean up the cup before calling for a night. Then the hallway light near SpongeBob's room is seen being turned off by the demons while SpongeBob can be seen sleeping. Some point in the next morning, the demons turned the faucet on at the sink with SpongeBob being confused on what he was seen and assumed Patrick needed to have the faucet fixed.
On night #8, Patrick along with Mike and Jeff are seen intoxicated with beer while they watched the Walking Dead with Patrick believing that he is watching Breaking Bad. Suddenly, the TV turns off and Patrick turns on the light from a lamp to help them see to reveal one of the demons escaping. Only Jeff takes noticed of this and freaks out with Mike being annoyed while Patrick is shown being creeped out by this. They soon called it for a night to get some sleep with Mike ready to sleep on the couch while Jeff sleeps on the chair. During that night, Jeff became possessed and began walking around the house before disappearing. The demons soon used their telekinesis to have a clock fall down by itself with one of the demons seen observing through one of the windows at the kitchen breathing menacingly. Then one of the demons is seen outside SpongeBob's bedroom door and another uses telekinesis to open Patrick's bedroom door.
During night #9, Patrick enters SpongeBob's room as he plans to get rid of the demons when directly assuming they were spanking him and asked why he placed a camera in the bathroom with SpongeBob claiming it was for ghost footage. Before they can call it for a night, they heard sounds of demonic chatter. They search to noticed it was coming from the basement nitpicking on who gets to go inside. Patrick reluctantly goes inside to find the source but couldn't and they get the camera from the bathroom to check the footage in the basement.
Later that night, everything went drastic as the demons became even more active. They damaged the lenses on some of the cameras with Jeff, still possessed, destroying the camera at the basement while more demons sit on a couple of chairs they grab screaming at the kitchen. After Patrick was alerted by the noises, he left his room to check the basement but this would be a fatal mistake as he could be heard screaming and getting killed by one of the demons. The same demon from the living room from the previous night screams before disappearing with another demon standing there at the kitchen. In one more moment, the demons sent Jeff, who was now seen partly mutilated with a slit mouth and missing his forehead as a result of his possession, to destroy the camera in SpongeBob's room before killing him too.
Spongbob Haunted House (Cooler2000)[]
Like HydroLing's version, the demons first close the door to SpongeBob's bedroom while he was washing his hands making him wonder if Patrick or somebody else entered his room. In the living room, they knock over Patrick's drink so Patrick decided to clean it up.
The next morning after SpongeBob is told to get the guys and him a beer, the demons turn the kitchen faucet on with a confused SpongeBob assuming Patrick needed to get it fixed. That night, Patrick and the guys are drunk watching Dragon Ball. Patrick and Fat Mike argue over Kefla and they start fighting; Mike threw a cup at Patrick who retaliated by throwing a beer bottle at Mike. Patrick apologized and they talked it out. He asked Jeff how he was feeling because he didn’t say anything the whole night but he only asked Mike who was the woman standing in front of him. Suddenly, the TV powered off so Patrick turned on the light switch revealing a demon leaving the room causing to Jeff to yell in a panic and freaking the two out. Patrick and Fat Mike decide to call it a night with Mike calling the couch as his sleep spot. Late at night, Jeff became possessed by the demons sitting up in the dark with a grin on his face. At the room near the front door, the demons knock down a clock with telekinesis. Back in the living room, Jeff pops into sight of the camera showing that his eyes have changed black and red. After this, he walked around the house in the dark. Back at the entrance, the demons use their telekinesis to open the front door.
The next night, Patrick goes to SpongeBob's room planning to get rid of the demons assuming they were spanking him. Patrick plans to go to sleep after conversing with SpongeBob on the bathroom camera but before he could, the two heard demonic chatter from downstairs so they decide to investigate. When they follow the noise to the basement, Patrick, SpongeBob, and Fat Mike, who decided to stay the night at the duo’s house, all nitpick on who should check the basement. Patrick reluctantly checks after yelling, "FUCK YOU!", to SpongeBob. Patrick comes out not being able to find anything so he tells SpongeBob they should get the camera from the bathroom and place it in the basement. Mike, weirded out by this, leaves to get a beer. SpongeBob discusses to Patrick about why they should keep the bathroom camera even though SpongeBob had it there to watch Patrick use the bathroom. Patrick, who was getting suspicious, asked SpongeBob if he was gay but he denied it and claimed he had sex with thousands of women. After their argument, the two set up a basement camera and head to their rooms.
Later that night, the demons had gotten more active as they emerge from the basement leaving each trail of footprints before one them have broken the basement camera, all of them are sitting in the kitchen, and they close the door to SpongeBob’s room. Next in Patrick's room, Patrick and Mike are sleeping until Mike is awoken by something opening the door. It’s shown that Jeff had opened the door but he looked as though he had been mutilated noting by his missing head and his slit mouth. After Mike took notice of Jeff, he closed out of sight. Mike woke Patrick up and told him about Jeff. Believing he went downstairs, the two got up and checked near the basement. After Mike calls for Jeff, he’s suddenly dragged down to the basement. A frightened Patrick ran to go tell SpongeBob about it as the demons break the lenses of the camera. Patrick ran into SpongeBob’s room waking him up. He tells him about the demons taking Mike and that they needed to go immediately. Suddenly, Patrick is dragged away by the demons leaving SpongeBob last for them. The demons opened the door and Jeff charged in breaking the camera and killing SpongeBob.
SpongeBob Haunted House 2[]
Following the events of SpongeBob Haunted House, the police investigate on what happened to SpongeBob, Patrick and Mike where they were able to find are SpongeBob's decapitated leg, Mike's burned and impaled body outside with his decapitated head and Patrick's body crucified and also decapitated as the body was missing his head. Since then, SpongeBob and Patrick, despite their deaths, remain in the house as spirits trapped with the intent to try to warn anyone to get out of the house before the demons will torture anyone to have them suffer the same fate as they did while Gary is revealed to be spared from the demons' massacre and was guided by the spirits to remain safe.
At some point, Mr. Krabs, Pearl and his wife moved into the house due from their old home due to the bankruptcy of the Krusty Krab. As Pearl moves her stuff to her new room, she notices SpongeBob, possessing his carcass, in her closet to try to warn her to leave to escape the demons, but she screams, alerting Mr. Krabs as SpongeBob was forced to escape from detection. Mr. Krabs harshly scolds Pearl as he directly assumes she was only scared of a spider which leaves Pearl confused.
One night, one of the demons, now possessing Patrick's decapitated body, becomes active and attempts to murder Pearl. Pearl was able to awaken and scream which alerts Mr. Krabs again tries to find the would-be attacker but the demon was already gone by the time he arrived and presumes that Pearl was just hallucinating. He then noticed the basement door being left open assuming it was a wind and decides to buy a camera system on suspecting paranormal activity.
Sometime the next day, Pearl noticed that Gary is nowhere in sight and begins searching for him in the house. As she searches the basement, she finds Patrick's partly decomposed head who warn her to leave and soon she freaks out again. Pearl soon explain what she sees to her stepmother, but she didn't believe her and told her that Gary is behind her, leaving Pearl once again confused. She soon notices Larry who claims to be a plumber and leaves to the bedroom. During this time, she would hallucinate and hear the noises of the demonic activity. When Mr. Krabs arrives home, Pearl confesses of what she is experiencing, but Mr. Krabs was too infuriated to listen to her and even insults her.
The next night after Mr. Krabs learns of being cheated on by the wife with Larry and going out with him at a motel, the demon inside Patrick's body is seen entering the basement by shifting through the door while the demons opened the bedroom door with their eyes seen viewing the camera until Jeff pops in and destroys it. Mr. Krabs soon becomes possessed by the demons and droves into insanity as he stalks and kills both his wife and Larry. Mr. Krabs then tries to murder Pearl and Gary only to intervene where SpongeBob and Patrick get his attention. Screaming in horror for experiencing the reanimated bodies of SpongeBob and Patrick, Mr. Krabs falls down the stairs and met his end, forever has he become the next spirit to be trapped in the house leaving Pearl and Gary the only survivors of the next demonic massacre.
