Richard Milhous "Dick" Dastardly, commonly known as Dick Dastardly, or simply known as Dastardly, is the main antagonist of The Darcy Triplets Original Timeline continuity.
He is a ruthless and sadistic supervillain and Muttley's owner and boss who desire for world domination. He is the mastermind behind the murder of The Darcy Triplets' biological parents. He is the arch-nemesis of The Darcy Triplets.

He is the titular main antagonist of The Darcy Triplets: Dastardly War.

Dastardly is shown to be sly and charismatic, he is also cocky, egotistical and very ambitious and power-hungry, due to his desires for world domination.
Appearance[]
Dastardly is 6 feet tall with a hunched posture, muscular build, pasty skin, a strong jawline, white teeth and a prominent nose and has short, oily, tousled, black hair along with a thin pointed mustache and wears a dark purple trenchcoat with a silver buckled black belt, a black sweatshirt, gray leggings, and knee length buckled boots. He also wears elbow length crimson leather riding gloves.
