Director Kakuzawa or Chief Kakuzawa is main antagonist alongside Galvatron in the upcoming Transformers and Elfen Lied crossover story Transformers x Elfen Lied: The War Between The Two Human Species by LordGalvatronYT.
Much like his canon self he leader of the Diclonius Research Institution who wishes to replace humankind with Diclonius for his ideal utopia needing only Lucy to do it however when he learns of the Autobots existence seeing them a threat to his plans he desperately turn to the Decepticons to ally with to ensure his dream become a reality no matter what even if he has to make the deal with the Devil.

He has the same appearance as his canon self.
Personality[]
Much like his canon self he wishes to achieve his ideal Diclonius utopia by going through immortal means no matter what and abuse the power to retrieve.
After learning the Autobots would be a massive threat to his plans he would end up becoming more deprived and desperate to seek the Decepticons out for a alliance just to keep his ideal utopia from being ruined. While he would keep his word to provide Galvatron to give access to energy sources he desired it once his ideal Diclonius utopia is set up and running is a means to end to ensure his ideal Diclonius utopia become a reality.
History[]
He would mostly share the same history as his canon self where he founded the institution, raped Lucy's mother into having her half brother, blackmailing Kurama with Mariko's life and attempting to seek after Lucy for sake of having Diclonius replace humankind until when he had Mariko try to recapture Lucy where things diverged where he would learn of the existence of the Cybertronians mainly the Autobots when they shown up when Motormaster attempted to capture Lucy, Mariko and Nana with the Autobots showing up in the area.
After learning the Autobots would protect humankind from being wiped out while try put a end to the Diclonius' mistreatment this would throw a massive wrench into his plans since not only they will prevent the extinction of humankind and will stop him from achieving his goal of a Diclonius but will likely bring him down and hold him accountable. This made him turn to extremely desperate options by allying with the Autobots enemy the Decepticons making him send a offer of alliance; if they shield them from the Autobots and help them achieve his Diclonius utopia he will give them access to the Institution’s resources and when they help Kakuzawa create his utopia and have it running he will provide them as much energy resources they want which would be agreed upon.
