Director Kakuzawa or Chief Kakuzawa is the main antagonist (alongside Tomoo) of the Elfen Lied fanfiction What If... Tomoo Survived The Orphanage Massacre? Like his original counterpart he is but however he would ally with how Tomoo the nemesis of his target Lucy in hopes of retrieving her.

He shares most of the same history as his original counterpart of being the leader of the Diclonius Research Institution until it diverged when Kurama defected from the institution and smuggled Nana to safely where he was gonna release on Nana until he learned of a yakuza leader named Tomoo seeking revenge on Lucy and he would use it as a opportunity offering him Anti-Diclonius weaponry in exchange to bring Lucy back to him.
