The Dixmor Project is secret, underground criminal and governmental organisation and research facility surplus a society named by it's founding scientists, Ivan and Jacques Dixmor. The Project secretly controls the entire Earth. Today they are led by William Morgan. One of the founders of the Project, Jacques, is almost 200 years old, thanks to his magnificent creation of the Immortality Machine in 1900, when he was 64.

The Project was created on 6 May, 1932 by Ivan and his brother Jacques who wanted to make a charity and religious organisation to control the entire society along with their allies. However, as religion began to lose popularity, the two brothers established the Dixmor Asylum, a mental asylum whose primarily goal would actually be to brainwash their abandoned followers and powerful figures into their way of thinking through powerful drugs. They would also make their patients demented to easily control them. However, after studying and practising Satanism for months, Jacques decided to throw Christianity and its controversial and sexist views, as he put it, down the drain and instead pledged his life, allegiance and servitude to the Lord of Darkness, Shinnok. His elder brother, Ivan, was strongly against the idea but Jacques would have none of that and gave him a ultimatum (although a rather poorly one, as Jacques would have more out of it anyway): Let him decided the Project's religion and its views while Ivan would led it. Having little to no other choice, his brother accepted it. This decision however, was what made Ivan a complete puppet of Jacques for almost the rest of his life. No matter how much Ivan tried to convince the other Project members to stop worshipping Shinnok and his evil rule, they would not listen and everything was going exactly as Jacques wanted it to go. It is there that the Project started to become a Satanic organisation.
Throughout the 1940's and 50's, the Project was responsible for many events around the world, including the World War II, which they achieved through their successful agent, Olaf Tutchenko. In 1961, Ivan's son, Martin, was allowed to join the Project at a young age. The assassination of JFK and later Jack Johnson in 2015, all happened thanks to the Project. The reason for JJ's assassination was due to him mentioning a "plot of rich families trying to control and destroy the world" which was when the Project began to worry about their exposure and ordered his swift death as a consequence.
From 2009 onward this 1% has also been involved in the spreading of numerous infectious and incurable diseases around the world. Most of this can be thanked to the corporations they are allied to and to those they own. In 2016, however, they have also been known to create cures for diseases like AIDS and skin cancer, but that will never be revealed to the public eye as they are not worth being saved.

The Project's very own private army is the Project Militia, an elite group of militants and soldiers of fortune led by Gary Brickson, one of their most loyal followers. The Militia does anything Project says and needs done, but they sometimes get help from their other troops: The Spys, when on more serious or stealth tasks.
