Fugitive Dmitry Trofimovich Buyachev (Russian: Дмитрий Трофимович Буячев, born January 25th, 1985) is a Russian cybercriminal and hacker within the XNDUIW community. He is one of several antagonists within the military arc, considering his status as a villain himself, considering that he is wanted by the FBI for his hacks and exploits. He is aligned with the Russian government, considering that he remains one of several individuals who were responsible for cyber-terrorism within the community as such, therefore he is extremely dangerous as a criminal himself, since he can mess with online systems as well.
He works with Putin's regime, considering that he is known for his illegal activities within the international community, since his intentions as a hacker are to steal or damage within the community. This applies to various other individuals accused of committing acts of cyber-terrorism within the community, since he operates on the Internet within the lore itself, as his actions are widely condemned by the international community as well. He works for the Federal Security Service, and has ties to the Russian State Duma, and he is sanctioned for supporting irredentist claims within the community, along with promoting Kremlin propaganda.
Biography[]
Buyachev was born on January 25th, 1985 in the city of Ozyorsk within the Russian Federation to a rather prominent Soviet family within the community. He would only come to prominence in 2005, when he was involved in spam bot attacks against several institutions in Europe, considering that he learned how to hack computer systems within the community. He would often spam and promote Russian propaganda to the websites he had managed to hack, which he was rather diligent with his cybercriminal activities within the community as well. This coincided with the fact that he would join the FSB in 2007 as a full-time employee there, considering that he would work as a sleeper agent himself, known to commit various forms of criminal activities to promote misinformation.
He reportedly used his computer and keyboard to engage in cyberwarfare using sophisticated techniques, considering that he was rather quick and diligent as a cybercriminal within the XNDUIW community. Buyachev had shown no remorse or guilt over his illegal actions, considering that he was quick to hide his traces in the military arc which eluded law enforcement as well. This resulted in an arrest warrant being filed against him by the FBI, but because he was a professional hacker, he had managed to evade capture due to his criminal activities. This coincided with the fact that he was suspected of being involved in serious data breaches within banking systems, which became apparent throughout his career as a state-sponsored hacker himself.

As a hacker, he was known to commit all sorts of attacks, such as doxxing attacks which put innocent lives in danger, as he would obviously request the assistance of the Russian government to have certain individuals poisoned or assassinated. This sparked severe protection efforts made by the heroes within the XNDUIW community, considering that he became involved in many crimes himself, especially when he became tasked with various forms of illegal activities. Heroic forces within XNDUIW intercepted plans he made to murder prominent officials in the manufacturing industry within the West, including weapons suppliers as well.
Some of his skills included spam botting, doxxing, blackmail, and even cyber-terrorism, considering that his actions were widely condemned by the international community, considering that he was known to be a prominent criminal under his own behalf. He also supported Putin's extremely draconian laws, since he would flood websites full of spam which promoted Kremlin propaganda, which were already debunked by the West itself. As his activities are often illegal, in response to such actions, an arrest warrant was filed against him, though he remained in Russia to evade capture as well, making him an extremely dangerous target as a result of his involvement within the XNDUIW community as a general villain.
Criminal harassment[]
Buyachev would engage in the harassment and blackmail of various Russian opposition figures who were residing within the country, often by leaking their addresses and physical information. This proved to be extremely dangerous, considering that it would result in the deaths of quite a few Russian businessmen respectively as well, since his activities were often illegal. He was declared a fugitive on the run for this reason, considering that he would become a suspected cyberbully. He would often bully and harass other individuals without reason on the Internet, which resulted in physical and emotional scarring for affected users during his hacks, and even proceeded with hacking and logging into victim's accounts respectively through cyberstalking.
After he stalked victims within Russia, he would send the Russian police over to have them arrested for no reason under the orders of the Russian police, considering that many of his cyberstalking victims were opposition figures within the Russian Federation. He was sanctioned pursuant to several legal documents within the XNDUIW community for this reason, and his bank account assets were frozen and seized by the United States and NATO as well. There is an active arrest warrant out for him issued by the FBI for this exact reason, considering that his activities are extremely evil, and extremely damaging to one's physical and mental health respectively within the community as well too.
