I tricked Roland Treece into manufacturing more V serum as usual. Seems he still doesn’t even know of our existence. He thinks I am helping him fight the mutants while I actually use him as a pawn for The Hellfire Club. I do only hand him traitors from our faction.
~ Doctor Nemesis while reporting to Magneto

Doctor James Bradley Jr., also known as Doctor Nemesis is a minor yet pivotal antagonist of the Marvel Fanfilm Universe. He is a supporting antagonist in the TV series The Wakandian League.

He is a spy for Magneto who manipulates NASA's operative Roland Treece into giving him V serum to brainwash mutants in exchange for other mutants, who are secretly traitors from The Hellfire Club who betrayed Magneto's cause.

He is portrayed by Hugh Laurie.

History[]

Doctor Nemesis was a double agent; on the one side he was hired by Magneto and was loyal to him, while he was conspiring with his superior on the other hand to spy on NASA and it's chief assassin Roland Treece while manipulating him into supplying him with V serum, which Magneto would then order him to use on his followers in order to brainwash them and turn them into enraged human hating monsters and sociopaths.

This would happen as long as in exchange for the serum, Nemesis would hand Treece mutants as prisoners. These mutants which he handed over were secretly traitors from Magneto's faction, The Hellfire Club of mutants.

Nemesis in the past experimented on both Lady Deathstrike and Namor for defecting Magneto. However, some years later, they've still betrayed Magneto for the cause of true justice. He is seen during the series receiving a large crate filled with V serum from Treece, before he hands it over to Magneto as a massive war is coming and many troops, including their leader Sanford Kirigi are needed.

However, his victory is short lived, as after the war against The Hellfire Club and the defeat of Namor, Treece discovered that he's a spy that Magneto has hired, with the help of a newcoming businessman and villain, Glenn Talbot. Since he was an active threat towards NASA's corrupt agendas, Treece killed Doctor Nemesis and plotted with Talbot to end mutantkind once and for all, in a better way than Stryker.

Trivia[]

  • Doctor Nemesis is one of the foremost henchmen of Magneto, as he is responsible for the war and he works for both sides, despite being loyal to Magneto and his faction.
  • He is the first live-action version of Doctor Nemesis.
