Otto Octavius, also known as Doctor Octopus, is a minor villain in the Character What series. He is the main antagonist from the 2004 film Spider-Man 2, and a former member of The Forces of Evil.
Backgrounds[]
In a alternate universe known as "Raimiverse", Otto Octavius is an brilliant scientist who created a fusion power reactor and a set of artificially intelligence mechanical arms, which were embedded into his spinal core. Also build a neural inhibitor chip to prevent the mechanical arms from controlling his mind. During a public preformation, his fusion generator overloaded and became unstable, and suffered a severally injuries from the accident and the inhibitor chip was fried. Though he survived the accident, but the mechanical arms begun to corrupt his mind due the inhibitor chip being destroyed, turning him evil and losing his sanity as result.

In Spider-Man in Paris, Octavius still under the influence of his mechanical tentacles, somewhat makes his way into Paris, he was seen robbing a bank for money to afford parts to rebuild his fusion reactor. Octavius emerges outside the bank with bags of money, two of Blinky Bill's Yoyo and Ling-Ling confront him for his reason of stealing, but Octavius simply thrown them into the air and Twilight Sparkle used her magic to save them. Shadow Joe and Spider-Man begun to fight Octavius, but Shadow Joe was suffering with the glitch in his powers, he was caught by one of Octavius' tentacles and intent to crush his head with full force. Lucky, Twilight use her magic to telekinetically throw a car at Octavius, causing him to released Shadow Joe and block the car with his tentacles. Unfortunately, Bambi tries to help stop Octavius, but was hit by one of his tentacles and slams into car, knocking the young fawn unconscious. Octavius escapes with the loop while Shadow Joe goes to Bambi to see if he is wasn't injury, but Bambi suffered from a broken back from the impact of being slammed into a car by one of Octavius' tentacles. Lucky, Blinky Bill's friend Penelope Poodle used her mistress' money to help treat Bambi's injuries, since Shadow Joe's powers still won't work. Unknown to them, Octavius heard their conversation from outside the hospital, and plans to kidnap Penelope Poodle for ransom so he can force to give him all the money that he needs to rebuild his machine. Soon as they came outside the hospital, Octavius grabs with one of his tentacles and take her up the Eiffel Tower with insistences of dropping her should she refuse to give up her wealth. Shadow Joe and Spider-Man work together to rescue Penelope. After Penelope was saved, Octavius leaves Paris with some of the money he stolen.
